The cast and graphics are top notch, shame you can't go over teasing them.

Also not a fan of one action per day, makes things unnecessarily grindy, maybe make the sisters available during the morning, the friend during noon and the secretary evenings(or early morning).

Well fuck....one of my favourite games has been gutted and is now a shell of what it once was.

Lucy's story has been completely removed, she now lives with you and has basically no content. Sebastien perving on her in the bathroom is juvenile and degrades him as a character. He's supposed to be a cunning intelligent manipulator, not a horny teenager.

Melanie changed to an interesting corruption story to a boring cheating story. Fuck knows where the Tiffany story is going to go.

Worst of all, the twins story has been butchered. Key scenes have been cut or changed.

The most frustrating thing is the sandbox. For the longest time everything happens at noon, so there is a lot of clicking to cycle to the next day just to get a very small story progression. It's horrible, it destroys the flow of the game.

This was one of the most fascinating and interesting games to play, now it feels like a disjointed mess. I'm hoping Enyo can salvage this.

Exactly. I was shocked to see all the good little plots turned into a bunch of lame, overused scenarios. It WAS indeed the best corruption themed game. Now it's just another boring stalling, expectable shit. It's a shame to see the downfall of this once great masterpiece.

Lots of folks, myself included are getting a black screen preventing further game play. A response would be helpful. I have searched the entire forum, and this seems to have happened before. Is there a solution? Are you aware?

It's the name change mod. Uninstalling it worked for me.

An aside, to others who read posts. if you find a solution to a problem, that others are having, let others know. This is a community, and should be helping others out. I searched entire thread for this game, and no mention of a possible solution till the previous post.

False Hero is no longer a slow burn game. It's now like thousands other game where you get the things right from the start. Story has been drastically changed not to better anything but only because they are not able to progress with the content as promised in the very first update.
-Lucy actress storyline (oh no, that's a very complex storyline, let's make her simply a roommate, MC will get her easily)
-Lois gritty, dark content (detective storyline is much more complex, let's remove her)
-Twins and Jane content also changed (take of manager back story, keep it as simple as it can be)
-Mel changed to corrupt easily(make her easy going from the start)
From a thriller- detective game to a mere simple game like many other; redoing only shows incapability and under achievement. They removed all the challenges that were coming in way of storylines, result, shuch a boring game. Basically no content left
(Just hope Mel/Tiff will get some in the next update)

Reading everyone's comments has made me even more disappointed in this game. I started to replay it yesterday, but stopped because as others have said it's so tedious to have to play through essentially the same scenes/dialogue over and over. Not sure why Enyo removed the controls too, so now we can't even use the "skip" button.

To hear that there is little to no new content is so frustrating, since that was supposed to be the reason why this last update took 7 MONTHS. Enyo was supposedly working on re-coding the game for the first few months, which was supposed to "make the game better" (even though I did not notice any change to gameplay so far). The last few months was supposed to be about finally adding new content. Enyo mentioned on more than one occasion that he agreed the game needs more content, more lewds, and less teasing. He teased the sauna and other scenes with more action, and nothing was actually added?? I'm starting to really think that he is just trolling us all.

About that, the MC character was so enjoyable to play, as others have mentioned, since he was a cunning manipulator. The Melanie storyline was one of the best since it was so different. Her reluctance and slow corruption/manipulation was part of what made this game so unique. Why would he change her to be just another character who gives it up so easily? And now others are saying that the Twins are less innocent too??? That was a big part of their appeal too. Even Tiffany seemingly crushing on MC from the start takes away from that aspect of corrupting her. Why would you change your three or four most popular characters???

Did Enyo misunderstand the feedback we were giving? The character's and storylines were perfect before, and the slow burn helped create anticipation. The only thing people were asking for after multiple re-makes and re-plays was for him to stick to your story, and start adding a bit more lewd content. It didn't mean change the characters to make them more easy...while still providing little to no lewd content This game has been in development for over 2 years! Seriously Enyo Eerie are you just messing with us??

Yeah I was quite disappointed about no new Jane content. From what I could tell theres only 1 new twins scene and 3 Melanie/Tiffany scenes. Could be wrong I was doing alot of skipping and I didn't even bother with the chick living with the MC.

Yeah seems a lot of the work was behind the scenes. Problem with the no or little sex yet bit is that it makes sense with the story in game, but for us who have been here from start we have known the characters for two years and have seen further going scenes with hem. So it feels extremely stalled by now and that we keep getting teased with the start of the game over and over.

It is beyond time this game's story starts moving forward for better or worse finally and gains momentum, so story will catch up with older sexy bits and will finally enter new territory.

Now you made me interested what I've missed never having played their content in previous releases. I can only judge the 0.30 release for that reason, and all I can say as a wheelchair user of 20 years that I've seen the most accurate characterization of a wheelchair user in any game found on this site to date here. From every single thought of Ashley herself to the thought of people about her, to the nature of her paralysis down to the nuances like the range of her tactile perception, everything is absolutely spot on. If something was different in the previous content I'm reasonably certain that this is an improvement to it, at least for this character.

There was a couple sex scenes that have since been edited out. Maybe one of them will make an appearance again at a later date. The images of it are still included, just not used.

And here I go now gutting the rpa archives to see them... thanks a bunch for the hint!
