The models are average looking - assuming that the dev wanted them to be more realistic - still went a bit overboard. The hottest one is the mom where Ellie is plain ugly.
The story is bad even for porn game - it is probably due to the translation.
There are some attempts of humor - yet the result is nonsensical.
The MC changes look midst game. Most of the animations are choppy.
Still the game is somewhat entertaining.

I don't understand why reviewers are so critical to this game and how some can even give only one star. It is not so bad by any criteria. Ok, story is not smartest but is this a new thing here? This is a fap game. Characters are also not so bad, obviously not standard beauties, but cute. Renders are average, but after bad start getting better, and there is a lot of content already. 3 - 4 start is fair rating, but to contradict too critical ratings I will give 4.

Why?
As you can see from my rating below, I like the game for different reasons.
One of those was that MC and LIs had realistically sized dicks. They were not porn sized, they were relatable.
Ever since the dev introduced Natasha as an LI, that has changed. Suddenly there are a lot of porn sized dicks, attached to trans women - who don't act like trans women IRL I know, and I've been part of the community for 25+ years - and suddenly the game is more about MC's sissification. The game is on its way to become one of many tfgames.site games.
I will keep an eye on it and adjust my rating accordingly.

TL;DR:
Boyish MC has a lot of sex with most of the characters, althought with some of them only in dreams. Story is all over the place. Animations are rough, but improving. Played with trans-content ON. Many of the characters have a somewhat androgynous look. I like this, so it's 3.5(4)/5

This is the second time I played this and now it's time for a short review.

Graphics:
Some of the character models are high quality, but probably a matter of taste. Turns out, they are exactly my taste. Some of them are somewhat androgynous, and I can see why some people don't like that. The proportions, especially of the genitals and boobs are realistic. That a BIG PLUS! No porn dicks here. I love it.

The animations... suck. At least at first. Fortunately you can see the dev's learning curve and later animations don't suck anymore. They have a really good pacing and now have like 10 FPS instead of 2 or 3, not top notch, but they're getting there. The aforementioned learning cuve has me optimistic that we'll have smooth 30 FPS animations in a few months or a year.

Another plus on the visual side is that there are little things like interlocking hands in one sex scene, or little gestures that make this almost feel alive.


Story:
All over the place. In my opinion the writing of single scenes is good, but the overall storyline - if you can call it that - is rather confusing.

MC can build relationships with his - if you have the incest patch installed of course - mom and two sisters, also other people including a cute/gorgeous transwoman (pre-op) student from school. This is exactly my cup of tea, so I had sex with her a lot. You can choose whether MC also gets handsy or mouthy or not.

Sexual content with MC sisters is so far dream only, which is a bit of a bummer. I don't really like elaborate dream sex content during slow buildup, kinda weakens the eventual climax once you have actual non-dream sex with them. Also the sudden sexual relationship with MC's mom is written very badly. The continuing sex is quite hot, but the start... nope. All this keeps the game from getting 5/5 from me. I don't need Shakespearean plots, but this feels like it's not even trying.


Summary:
This is a game I don't play for the story - at least not yet - but for the sex. Will look into it again in a few months or so and am looking forward to that.

If you like trans content this is an absolute recommendation! If not, you'll still have more than enough sex with your mom and your sister's best friend. And a couple of other girls.

The game would be decent "fuck everything that moves" game if the animations and renders was way better.
But they're not and personally I like atleast a tiny bit of story telling and decent writing, this has neither.
Top that with messy dialogues and no personality in any characters and you have a hot mess on your hands.
It's not decent on any level regardless if you want story, porn or just to kill time imo.

I was really hoping for a clone of big brother, milfy city, FILF, Midlife crisis or any of the many other clones that I have played on this site but sadly I was disappointed.
And just putting it out there, If any dev thinks they are doing something great by putting a trans character in there game and making it more inclusive, you need to understand that they need character that extends farther than the tip of there penis, and this is coming from a guy who finds trans content to be a turnoff (I'm fine with futa or even magical futa without pussy,....don't ask me why) so you should understand how bad the execution was in this game.

Where most of the people have criticized this game for language, or a lack of story depth. I would like to point out that this is just another incest family story, so there can't be too much depth to it.

What made me give this game such a poor rating are as follows:
Lets star with something minor,
- Renders: For a game in 2020 -2021 these cannot be considered as good (which is not very important if the game story is good enough), that is not true in this case.

- Story: This is the most common and generic story type on this site (as far as I know), and for someone to make a mess of copy pasting other 100 or more games, they would need to be truly.....forget it.

Lastly the biggest offense in my eyes is the
Pacing: The way this game moves its sorry is so jarring that I'm pretty sure that a bunch of people wrote the different scenes and then someone else patched them all together overnight, like you see in the group projects of junior college assignments.
For example: By the time I got to the scene with the mother on the washing machine (In the first episode) I was so confused, that I didn't know if it was a fantasy, a dream or a real scene (And from whose perspective). But I decided to move forward hoping for improvement. But by the next in-game day they had a real sex scene, after which they continued having there intimate relationship without acknowledging what they had done. I skipped through the entire rest of episode 1 just to find out who else we got with, hoping for a better second episode, but sadly I wasn't in the mood anymore and skipped that to.
In short:
Average renders at best
Bad Planning
Bad Execution
Bad game

I'm sorry if this seems too harsh but I only game this game 2 stars because of its subject matter and I was getting very tired of all the free roam games and games with convoluted game mechanics and stat progressions of this genre.

Wow this is some wall of text. Again I apologize to anyone who reads it to the end.

Normally, I like to surround the points in my review with nuance. But in the spirit of this visual novel which lacks depth, I'm just going to jump straight in.

Sound: The game starts off with some royalty-free lullaby music that you probably recognize from hundreds of other games... and it never stops. It has literally one song that plays at full volume, on loop. When I realized this, I muted the music, making it an easy enough fix, but still a point against the game's development. In my opinion, music should either be diversified and synchronized to fit the mood in the story, giving it an actual purpose. Otherwise, I'd prefer silence.

Graphics: The character models in this game are actually pretty decent, especially the redheaded lesbian. There's a scene where the main character climbs a pipe, and that area had some authentic vibes to it. However, the rest of the scenery is clearly stock images with little or no effort made by the author to make them feel natural or different from the hundreds of other games they're seen in. The world feels so flat and garish that it's almost like having the characters stand in front of a white screen.

Writing: The worst offender of all. I understand that the author's first language is not English, and for that I'll forgive any spelling and grammar mistakes, but I'm not going to forgive an utter lack of storytelling. There's no depth to almost any character. Every supporting character is there to be a temptation for the main character, the main character himself has no real goals, likable traits, or conflicts, there's no attempt at worldbuilding, and the story itself is just kind of "Oh this character wants to meet, I'll just round this corner to meet them and--oh! I stumbled into their vagina and they were totally into it". Some of the banter feels immersive, but when your dialogue is only banter, even that gets old fast. Overall, the writing feels more like a storyboard than an actual novel.

Family Affair feels rushed and amateurish in nearly every element. I wish the author would've spent more time building ambiance in all areas of their work, thinking about their characters, and polishing their story. As it is, this visual novel would be a huge waste of your time if you're looking for anything other than pictures of computer generated porn.

Felt like a 2 that's bordering a 3. Biggest issue is the renders are a tad on the too rendered/not realistic enough side and it seems the game is now moving to multiple downloads for the different weeks and I'm just not seeing how there's enough game here to split it to that inconvenience. It's not totally lacking in value though, if the fets super line up with your interests I guess it could be a 3 or more, but for my play time it still landed at a 2.

Nice game, I really enjoyed playing it.
I don't understand why there are so many low ratings, what do you expect from a game of this genre?
I'm really looking forward to the next updates with new content.

The characters/models are quite ugly, with some rather very awkward facial expressions.

The "story", if we can even call it that, is quite boring, while the writing is average at the best of time.

It also includes the forced viewing of a "trans" dick even if you don't want to see another man's dick in the first week/episode.

To top it all off, the second week is a freeroam. I'm not sure how this game scored anything above 2 or 3 stars, it certainly is not worth anyone's time or attention.

This game feels very stupid and primitive:

- The dialogs are ridiculous.

- The events are inconceivable. (For instance, MC falls on his back because of getting an orgasm? WTH is that?)

- The quality of the text is very poor.

The models are not pretty. For instance, the redhead Rose looks kinda like a male. There is a prettier girl, Sydney... but she appears to be a male!.. WTH...

That's like some bad parody, rather than a real game...

So my rating for this game is 2 stars. The MC is inept,bumbling,and for some reason swimming in pussy. The renders are at best ok,and the writing leaves much to be desired. And the Engrish is strong in this one.

However if you're into futa/trans you might enjoy this game. I'm not and can't in good conscience recommend it to anyone.

While some of the renders are pretty good, others are quite bad. The story flow is very choppy and disjointed, and barely holds together as a narrative. I kind of liked the relationship of the MC with the femboy. I cannot recommend playing this one, unfortunately.

Nice models and renders. Unfortunately that is basically it. It's yet another slidesow. From what I have seen so far, the story is lacking altogether. The writing is bad - no transition from scene to scene, no build up.
Other than the good screens it's kind of boring.
But I guess for the people who like watching at slideshow, it would be ok

What can i say? I kinda like the game, even though the world and a few characters seem like cardboard sometimes (well it's made by a russian), The sex scenes are great and i really like a few characters.

This has to be one hard working dev. Updates are fast and regular. The characters are well developed and the story is interesting. It has paths to interest most readers. The graphics are very good and the story has violence, humor and dare I say it... maybe even love! Emma... man what a lady. Anyway its a great story, great graphics and updated regularly so it gets 5 stars from me and a place on my hard drive. Most games are in and out but this onw has a special place all its own. Give it a try and if you can support this hard working dev.

Great erotic content but some choppy narrative and lack of in-depth story telling. Some scenes start and end without much explanation, or context and there were several times I actually reloaded because I was certain I'd missed something. So, an in-depth, cohesive character drama, this is not.

However, the models and renders are great and the animations get smoother and improve in quality as the game progresses too so it's obvious the maker is still learning and doing a fantastic job of improving as they go. However the scenes are well made, the girls are hot as hell and well posed. Excellent fap-fodder, but needs a proper English translation (at the moment it seems to be machine translated from Russian) and some story telling tweaks before I'd give it the full five stars.

Overall though, excellent job by the developer, I'll be watching for updates and I'm really looking forward to seeing more on this and other projects from them.

Good game, especially for someone looking for incest or trans/trap content. Sometimes the ripped models are jarring but the other content is fantastic. Overall, I think this game will be very good if it is finished.

slight broken English, gets frequent updates, and fans of RE will enjoy the service, also has trans character that's a minx and is a optional story, there's plenty of content with the "Tenants & Landlord " if you know what I mean all-around a good time.

I'm loving this game because of Sid! I've played others games with trans character but they fail in content, i hope that in future she gets more content!
The story is normal, nothing surprising, but still good! i missed more choices options, the game is almost linear.
I'm excited for the next updates!
