once you max out a endurance level you have to take an event to be able to take things further, I think that to more from 2 to 3 you have to visit Mira, pay attention to options that could show up when you're in the "hall" of your house, sometimes a event can be triggered by there, in different hours of the day. that and try to visit Mira in the morning, then in the afternoon, then in the evening, I believe that's it
I have been trying to keep an eye out for things like that - I've completed every other characters quests including Mira's
