It is easy to change in the code, no doubt!
The problem then becomes that it is no longer compatible with my mod or the original version of the game (different QSPs, different files). Players can get the game from multiple sources such as Patreon. I would then have to maintain two version of my mod which would confuse players even more (or force them to require a specific version which wouldn't be the original game). I'm a developer so I take all these things into consideration. It would result in a mess and wouldn't be worth it. I have a lot of experience in this area.
The only way I can see it working smoothly would be for someone to create a mod for my mod. I then wouldn't have to worry about supporting multiple versions of the original game. Players wouldn't be very happy about having to install two mods in a row and possibly get the installation order incorrect and botch their game. I've worked for several software development companies so I understand the whole process and all the considerations.

1. There is only one file you need to download for the original game: 'Family life 1.9.5.7z' - right-click - 'Extract Here'
2. Download Parts 1 - 7 of the mod
3. Copy all 7 parts of the mod (7 - .7z files) into the Family Life folder (created in Step 1 above)
4. Extract them in order, one at a time - Right-click - 'Extract Here' - Merge and overwrite when prompted (do this for all 7 parts of the mod)

instead of replacing just the file type you could simple make it conditional, having it support both gif and what ever movie format it's converted to. Other qsp games have used it for selecting either static images or gifs.
Once the basics is worked out on how, it's a simple matter of just doing a slightly more advanced search and replace.
Possibly you could take the images out of each location and have a common location of all the image setup, which means you'd only need to replace all image tags with a var and have one simple condition check in the image location.

how can i play new nanny contents?? so far i played foxy's photoshoot session while nanny fucked patrick, and finally fucked nanny in her room. According to the contents in pic folder there should be more nanny contents but i have no idea how to play those things. Please help
Got one of the new nanny scenes after spying on her on the hidden cameras...a lot. Eventually saw her pissing in the garden, this unlocked a new conversation in her room after 20:00 and a new scene.

The original game uses pictures and short, low to medium resolution animated gifs to display events. Anytime you see HD video it is from the spectre1viper mod.

Ignore that, so, the new events with nanny seems to start after completing the old one or not, when i was looking at the save the angelnewtree was 2 and needed to be one so maybe there are some choices to be made outside the walkthrough route. I couldn't find how to start the event, i just know it start before 12 on nanny's room so i messed with the save and got the events to start, i will leave my save, you just need to go to nanny's room to start the chain, since i had to change variable and all you may not even be able to complete the route or maybe you will i will tell all about later
Edit 1: Seems to be fine the events, they seem to start every time at 10h on her bedroom, you need to change between the 3 options, if the options don't appear just skip some days, it seems a bit random.
Edit 2: You seem to have options here, you have the route with Patrick of convincing the nanny to do porn movies, and the one you do photo shoots with her.

The mod doesn't include the original game. The original game must be updated to the latest version first. Read the section 'Original Game Link & Downloads' to update your version of Family Life to 1.9.5. Then install the mod - read sections 'Download' and 'Installation' to understand how everything fits together.
Well for me every event was fine, i played and got everything, i do have spectre1viper mod maybe is that ? Because all the events are working, i got to the end of the two routes, trying the third now.
