Yep, same game, they just made 2 additional episodes to it. translation is about as bad as it was when it started over 2 years ago. First saw it on TFgamesite.com, at least it's been fleshed out more than it was, though there is a bit of a deviation from the original. never been a fan of the Awesomiuim stuff but hey, works for some better than others, though getting constant popup errors in russian at certain parts.

for what episode
Probably the first one. You need to access Alice her computer send virus to Vika's computer. Then wait till Vika ask you to help her and perform a rollback on her pc. Then I think you need to talk to them both in the livingroom. That should let you leave the house.

Oh and check Vika's pc after the rollback, maybe restore works too not sure.

Episode 3 does seem to have been updated since the translated qsp was posted.

The original Ru QSP I have from the OP post for Ep3 is 3,185KB in size, the current one from the updater is 3,201KB in size.

I think there's a bugfix out.
Cleep uses a downloader instead of directly releasing QSPs on his blog (quick comparison shows a slightly bigger size and 5 more locations). Dunno how many bugs are fixed. Use the LauncherSP in the root folder to get it.
I'd try to translate it, but it will take ages without a dict.

Slightly offtopic : The code in there is Family-Problems-level spaghetti at times, dunno if it's intentional or not but I've had a quite hard time to check if roadblocks are event-dependent or just bugs and failed at some point.
That seems to be the way Russians code.
ETO, Family Problems and most other QSP games follow no known western coding standards at all. Not that the QSP scripting system doesn't allow for them, it does.

The Girl Life guys seem to at least try to follow a standard and stick with it. But considering the source material, it gets laborious to do so at times.

At least many of those games have sensible coding. Not perfectly clean or anything, but easy to follow around.
Even in ETO, with it's humongous code base (which kinda makes sense the way it is, since it was worked on or expanded from a few dozen guys at different times), you could fairly easy tell which variable was an event flag and the various steps of altering it.

In this one, I've spent probably many half-hour sessions chasing around variables that link to other variables to find my way through code that should behave differently, but does the same thing.

Go check Family Problems' code for simply altering energy when having a snack e.g. Pouring bleach in your eyes becomes more and more enticing.

What trigger do you need to leave the damn house?

That is my problem, I keep changing variables, which I love and getting results but then I came across Family life and that game keeps crushing me, hard. So much messed up code. Or are we talking about the same game.

Plus this episode 3 is also breaking me. The code makes no sense. Triggering scenes within the specified time frame doesn't work. They will work at another time, but other scenes won't. Plus just visiting Olya is broken, we really need a working english qsp.

An English QSP that won't break scenes, like the tea. I love, and I mean really love your qsp edit, I am learning from then them and adapting from them. But I have tried almost all of the diffenerent qsp's in this thread, and changing values like the students keeps getting in me in in a loop.

Or not letting me interact with Olya or giving items to Vika.

I added the newest file to the op and I added a dictionary. It's a vanilla file but if anybody wants to mod it, I suggest you wait another day or two just in case another bugfix gets released

Is the dictionary usable or just to edit the QSP file?

Thanks! This is better than the intial one. Still a lot of bugs but better.
I would welcome anyone who is willing to mod this :)

Even the updated version has the bug with the button "Diving" being under another button -- during the talks with Anna/Anya by the pool.
Pre-requisite is that you will buy a diving ticket (under your room-laptop-service).

I believe that this is in the section of QSP "anya_mini_event":
!Go diving
if anya_video = 2:

'<div id = "qsp-button-act4">'
'<center><a href="exec: killvar ''anya_video'' & $anya_after = ''<<$st4209>>'' & anya_event = 3 & gt ''anya_mini_event'',3"><<$st4216>></a>'
'</div>'

end

'<div id = "qsp-panel-text">'
'<<$anya_after>>'
'</div>'

And the worst part is... I don't have an idea how to fix the button placements... else I could fix this and provide an updated QSP...
