They're not deleted scenes; the scenes were simply never there. Version 1.1 of the game allowed you to access those scenes, but an error occurred because the scene didn't exist.
In version 1.2, that access was removed to avoid the error of being able to access scenes that weren't in the game and getting the error of missing images.

i think you are asking the wrong question, it would be more like , Does the game needs a good ending?

The 3 girls deserve one one ending (with the scumbagchild, the priest and the king) and the MC deserve one good ending (disappear for good of the life of the 3). That is a good ending for me, for the history and for the fap.
