Well, considering the main storyline is finished... Maybe somewhere around 2 thirds? I can't give an actual answer though, I'm not the dev lol. And once it's considered "complete", the dev has mentioned translating. Still unsure if he is wanting to use AI / MTL though.

got a feeling hell use a blend he might also use same method people who did partial translations did
we dont know untill he does but the main story line being done a massive tick off the list
I've shared a couple before. But they are mine, and as such are heavily edited (And I haven't bothered to start a fresh save just yet). I'm not ignoring, it's more like I know not a whole lot of people will want to use a save that is probably volatile.
Separate topic: I figured out there's a debug event used to unlock all the enemy info for the basic mobs. You'll most likely need mtool, since the event tile is inaccessible and requires a debug switch to be toggled on.
