That translates (according to google) to "failed to load script". Maybe try to redownload and re-extract now that you changed your locale. Could be caused by Japanese characters in path names or something similar.

With the latest version (0.81) you encounter that fight after getting the four key fragments. There's an additional event in the room below the one with the potty chairs, where you get the last piece from a trash can and assemble the key. After that you can go back up and get that fight.
would it be possible to get a save for once you have the 4 key fragments just been troublesome without it being in English and I'm far from the best on getting games translated or finding translations for said games otherwise would appreciate if you or anyone else could give such a save for once you have the 4 key fragments

Okay. Once you load this save, there's an explanation about a last key piece and suggesting to go back to where you first overhear about the key pieces (the room south of the potty chair room).that would be perfect
