Seeking Fantasy game where you first play as the hero, and then play as the villain.

I remember seeing a game here a few years ago, it seemed to be a strategy game, in the description it said how you play as the hero, and after that you play as the villain and corrupt the heroines or something like that. I honestly don't remember if its a game and it sequal or just a single game.
