Overview:
Fantasy Manager is a management sim where you run businesses, recruit colorful characters, and build your empire through charm, coin, and questionable decisions. Inspired by Whoremaster and SlaveMaker, expanded with male fanservice and a SFW option for those who just want the management aspect.

It's very annoying, but many unknown *.exe get a "generic" warning and it's fairly common with renpy games, I have checked with virus total on my own game just to check it both "was" safe, and "looked" safe. The code is open, so if I'm doing anything weird, anyone should find it just with a text editor. You can check the game in Itch.io (hasn't been reported for virus and has 60+ downloads this version) and check in virus total.

But I have had bad experiences before, so I completely get you are being cautious.

If there is anything else I can do to make you confident in trying it, let me know :)

Yes, when you are starting, the dialogue lets you start as "Lord" or "Lady" that defines your character's gender.
The differences at present are not huge, but for example there's a couple of protagonist "kiss-scenes" where that could be relevant. It's only an example interaction of player + worker, and for more nsfw reasons for further interactions, it was important to have the option & split the image selection in the code, besides roleplaying purposes. This is true both for one of my "Example worker packs" and for packs people can create.
