I also found the nurse scene.
If anyone else is confused it’s basically the picture in her shop and then going back to your room and meeting the sex doll kitty at night again.
And for the nurse you just have to follow the main quest and talk to lynx but you have to repeatedly leave the conversation and until he starts off finally talking about the right thing instead of just greeting you.
