Nice graphics. My feedback:
1) Dealer needs to hit on 16
2) Dealer needs to hold on >= 17
3) Should not be shuffling each hand, but only when the deck runs low.
4) Dealer ran 4 pushes in a row, which is statistically virtually impossible.
5) I like the voice thing, but either give a way to turn it off, or have many more random options per situation. It gets annoying after the 50th time of hearing her ask about band camp, or whatever else.
6) The rules of Blackjack exist for a reason. Either implement them, or call the game something else.
7) I shouldn't have to turn the music off with each new game. Remember my settings.

It may feel like that, but don't forget that the deck is ~30% 10-point cards (16 out of 52 cards), so drawing a 10-point card at just under 1 in 3 draws is actually expected in a truly randomized deck.
Humans are pattern seeking animals, so when something is truly random, we try to see patterns anyways, and that often leads us to mistakenly determine that random things have some sort of pattern, when they really don't. What's actually happening tends to be us paying attention to the things that fit our expected "pattern", and forgetting the examples that don't fit, thus we fail to properly determine how accurate the "pattern" we think we're seeing is.
Try actually tracking your 10-point vs non-10-point draws and you'll likely find that it averages out at around 30%, just as expected.

cheat engine works for this game fyi, which is rare for a unity game.
An interesting game but right now feels like the game cheats (I don't know if it does, Blackjack does favour the dealer by nature).
The main problem with the setup at the moment is it will not feel like there is a progression through the levels with the opponents getting harder as things stand.
Ways to improve it at the moment could be either setting the bet after the initial deal (so if we get a good hand we can bet high, or low if we think its crap), or letting us raise the bet after the initial deal.

It seems to be a problem when the dealer takes too many cards, but it will be solved
On low frame rates the shuffling takes forever. There will be an option to disable the shuffling animations.
I will implement all the rules that could help the player win, so the 16/17 rule will be implemented. However, splitting, insurance, reshuffle etc would only create confusion for many players

Yeah, I feel as if it's impossible to get a winning hand. I get 21, she gets 21. I get 20, she gets 21. If I start with 12, my next card is 10. And, it's literally every single hand. The game LOOKS great, though, so at least it has THAT going for it. lol

I would really rather scratch my balls with sanding paper rather than play any more of this, after the takes off her shirt the next things she takes off bugs the game and wont let me bet. (I did skip when it happened if I remember).
You need to work on the BJ part because its not enjoyable, already you are playing against the dealer so you are at a disadvantage but then she knows your point so even with a 21 with 4 or 5 cards she manages most of the time to push.

50 max bet is pretty boring, actually. I didn't mention that in my previous comment, but seems to me the player should be able to bet any amount. And the odds should be fixed, as well. One more thing that bugs me...dealer is supposed to always stand on 17....in this game, the dealer ALWAYS draws till she beats you. It's pretty annoying.

It seems to happen for me only when I skip her strip routine. If I let her do her thing, then I can still bet okay.

I have seen this issue. If you don't skip, everything should be fine. I am planning to release a patched version to eliminate this and more bugs, as well as a new randomization system with the possibility to see the whole deck of cards.
Hopefully it will be available this weekend.

Statically the dealer has only a 1percet advantage over the player. It is the reason so many people still play. (and lose) Any more than that and no one will play, like me with this game, until it changes.

I mean, that's a rule in casinos. But this isn't really a casino situation, so it also kind of makes sense she wouldn't need to hit/stand on specific things. I still think for strip blackjack that having betting at all is entirely pointless, or at least, this MUCH betting. The entire point of the game is the removal of clothing, not the emptying of the wallet.
