I opened cheat engine, then I opened fapnaf and went to the slot machine, then I put the amount of tokens in cheat engine, then I used a shot of the machine and hit the next scan, then there was only one result, I grabbed it and put 999, I hit activate and the number of tokens did not increase

Hold up. Haven't played update yet so I don't know specific numbers. Let's say you had 10 tokens. One spin takes 1 token. So you're supposed to new scan exact number for 10, spin, then change category to "decreased by", enter 1, next scan. Usually, the numbers are in the 4 bytes category. Rarely they're in other places, so you might have to switch categories and scan again.

Was that what you did? Cause it's sounding like you scanned for 10, did one spin, then scanned for 10 again. 10 being the example number, not the actual number.

it would seem the values for the cash and tokens can't easily be changed as the value in cheat engine does not stay changed when you change them but if you could increase the amount you would get for doing a task then you might be able to do it that way but, I'm new to this cheat engine shit so there could be a better way or a work around.

Crazy that they moved the save data for the slot machine to a different location and even used encryption... either way your token and cards save data is located in C:\Users\<user>\AppData\LocalLow\Fatal Fire Studio\FAP N.A.F. ARCADE MODE\UserData\userdata.dat. I attached my save with all cards and thousands of tokens on it below, I think this only changes those 2 things and you should be able to just replace yours with the new file.

Note: clicking the attachment seems to just open the file, you will need to right click it and select "Save link as" to download it

One of the outfit sets seems to be the clown one. Description is the devs raging at people saying the game's dead due to... one year of no updates. Seeing how they're prioritizing arcade mode over story mode and outfits over anything else as well as the new rigged gacha system that's also hidden and encrypted to try to prevent players from skipping the 1000 hour token grind for some reason... devs might need to touch grass

the arcade mode is a mini-game that got way too big to be incorporated within the game (and sadly the thing that gets the most updates because they are relatively easier to program and because the patrons keep asking for more expansion)

the story mode is the actual game with other mechanics, an actual plot and full nights. Night 1 is the tutorial, and is good to show you the controls and set the game, but night 2 is where the meat and potatoes are with an actually surprisingly good storyline for a Hgame.

Personally far more interested in the story, with night 3 'coming soon'... I'd recommend to play that first and then check out the arcade to play some games while you wait.
