Pretty sure it's already been mentioned but I'll say it again anyway.
The game has a problem with the content swiftly upon executing it, many versions ago, which leaves a blank background in the window for a long ass time.
After opening the swf, flash, or apk file, give it a few seconds, then press play. Only wait for 45-60 seconds until stuff appears on screen for you to interact.
At any point, you should not bother opening any other windows outside of it, or it somehow interferes with the loading process.
After a minute, if nothing still shows up, close the swf, flash or apk application, and try again.
You'll eventually get it working at some point. Just have to deal with being patient.
Or hope the dev switches to something less "archaic"....

Do you know how to configure it the way the author has it with the whole head showing? I didn't see anything in the settings but maybe I missed something
