You can try deleting the FarmD User folder and launching it again or run it in legacy mode.
C:\Users\"Your User Name"\AppData\LocalLow\Softscalewhere is that folder?

Already did.FAM!!!! i dont have VR bcause i dont have money to buy it, and i cant start in desktop bcause 0.6 doesnt lets me play in desktop, WTF, somebudy 0.5? im just curious about the game man, i want to give it a try, but if doent leaves me do it, well wtf im suposed to do
Sounds like an issue from alpha4. There should be some additional UI elements that appear when you turn full body tracking on, to allow you to set the position of each limb, but this was broken for first-time players in alpha3/alpha4. The public build for v0.6 was released recently (hey so I'm having an issue with the full body tracking part of it
so when i go into the calibrate part of it it show my trackers but my feet don't move in game how do I fix this or is there a key bind /controller bind to calibrate (like vrchat)
Edit: also I'm using oculus quest 2 if that has anything to do with it
