I see that no one is reporting errors on patreon and discord, so the problem is in my last save. It took a while to find a solution

I was able to get around this problem and continue the game, but the errors with aasets are repeated in different places so I had to go back to the previous version and make a new save.

The main disadvantage of this game is that no matter what you do, Monica will still be humiliated, which will entail even more meaningless text and the same meaningless decisions. Unexpected plot twists, when the actions of a character aimed at improving a calamitous situation, leading to much worse consequences, are undoubtedly good and interesting, but the plot of this game is literally built on them and it is insanely infuriating. Actually, that's why you know what's going to happen, and it doesn't arouse any interest. I wish all patient people good luck to complete the game, but personally I'm already fucked up and I'm done with it.

Heh, tell that to those people who play games from "Frozen Synapse" (LFFG, Diatima's Isekai, Luna: Reloaded (the sequel to the LFFG). In these threads, fresh updates only appeared when the developer himself posted a public (free) version on his patreon. So it's different for everyone.
As far as I remember, the last few updates of the game appeared here only due to the fact that one pirate site (from FB dev's homeland) after 2++ weeks just bought another fresh update on patreon with their own money and then put it in the public access.

Yeah I agree that the only difference between the "good" choices and the "whore" choices is that you will earn less money with the "good" choices and have a harder time, but overall there is no way to actually influence anything. Basically a "good" playthrough just leads to you having to grind more and see less content.
The part that "infuriates" me, is that Monica is supposed to be a business lady, but basically all her decisions show a complete lack of business knowledge, bartering knowledge or even absolute basic common sense. I've dealt with a couple escorts in my life so far and let me tell you, all of those are way smarter than Monica. They would never bang without condom for example, let alone accept some of the customers that Monica accepts. Also things like her showing her boobs for 0.25 $ is a joke. Not even in the philippines or thailand, etc. are prices THAT low. Not to mention that Monica would never accept such prices. And things like Monica drinking way too much for 1$ a drink are just not happening in real life. The working girls who will drink with you know exactly how much they can drink (or snort/shoot up/whatever) and will NEVER take more than they can handle, so that they will not get into the exact situations that Monica gets into every time.
Also the prices that the supposedly "high end escort service" in the Hotel charges are a joke. In contrast 5000 $ for some basic explicit nude photoshoot is WAY overpriced. Female talent in pron get's a max of 1000$ per shoot if they look very, very good, maybe a bit more if they are already superstar famous in the industry.
All this aside it's still one of the best (looking) games out there, which saves it despite all the logical errors and holes in the story.

Your mistake is taking this world too seriously. FB is not one of those games that is even remotely close to reality.

It is not a disadvantage, it is the main feature or main kink of the game. Fashion Business is not a game about a smart and independent woman who deals with her enemies left and right. There are such games, mostly non-adult. You can play them if you want such stuff.
It is only Monica herself who thinks she is a smart business lady with a lot of knoledge about business stuff and overall life. In reality she has always been an arrogant know-it-all trophy wife who has no experience with real life. Monica has never been a smart escort girl or whatever. She is a pretty doll who thinks too much of herself, no more. That's why she constantly ends up in stupid situations where everyone takes advantage of her, bangs her and makes her suck their dicks.

No, that's not why. She gets into these situations purely because people have been paying money to DM for years on end precisely to get Monica into these humiliating situations on purpose.
As for "FB reality" - it's very conventional and quite absurd, but even in that absurdity Monica calmly and quite successfully ran a multi-million dollar business (Fashion Magazine). Everything we know about this business (up to the point where the conspiracy against Monica began to take effect) is only due to the successful management of "stupid" Monica. And all we know about the husband is that he allegedly stole something, crossed the path of powerful people and got into trouble. (or mysteriously disappeared but will return someday - hello, my favorite conspiracy theory
).Well, you can probably read about why some men like to humiliate women (especially rich ones) in psychology and sociology textbooks. I don't see the point in describing all this and even less in moralizing, especially considering the fact that I play FB myself). Anyway, there's a whole complex of underlying reasons here.
Oh yeah, also our Monica has no choice, or rather, her creator just deprived her of that right. (well yes, you can fail the quest and that's the whole "choice" thing). So all questions to the dev., who is responsible for the Monica that we have.

As far as I remember it is never told how she became the head of the company. Also, we are never told who her husband was exactly, how important he was in running the company before the disappearence and so on. Considering that Monica is about 30, it is very unlikely that she became the head of Fashion Magazine without any help. And that help came from her husband, most probably. The most likely turn of events: the magazine existed and was successful long before Monica. Her husband bought it and put her in charge and she managed it for a few years.
Monica doesn't exist outside the paradigm of the game developed by Decent Monkey. And according to that paradigm Monica gets into humiliating situations because of her stupid actions. If the developer wanted her to be different, she would be different. But he doesn't and so Monica is shown the way she is. All the events in the game show her that way. They don't portrait her as an intelligent business lady. And since that how she is depicted, that who she is in the game.
She is a game character. She cannot have a choice. All her action is the decision of Decent Monkey. She acts in the game the way she does because the developer thinks that she should act according to her game character. And that character is an arrogant bitch who thinks she is very smart and important, but in reality she isn't. And she isn't because the game shows it that way.
