It's sad a grown ass adult feels entitled to a product he's not even paying for and whines to the dev on a pirate forum.
Well, the purpose of the forum is to discuss these games.
Or else it'll be just file storage.
So his 'whining' is what we all here for. It's a critique of the game.
You may not agree with it - I don't - but attack his arguments, not his ability to speak.
The latter is meaningless on the forum.

I don’t know why my words aren’t being seen as a whole picture of what I actually said, but rather interpreted as whatever someone wants to see in them — but fine. I’ll try to explain what I already explained.
I didn’t speak on behalf of thousands of people. I referred to a few individuals who leaked the version, which led to thousands of others downloading it instead of waiting for the free release or subscribing to the Patreon. The number of people interested in the game is based on the download stats from Pixeldrain.
As for character development — yes, that’s great — but every scene is primarily a render. For every 5-minute scene with characters, the developer might spend dozens of hours. My worst nightmare for this game would be if the developer adds even more characters just for additional scenes. More characters == Less time to properly develop each of them
Do you even realize that for independent developers, this “pirate forum” is actually a traffic platform? Do you understand that the dev himself posts announcements about new releases not because he has nothing better to do, but to attract new patrons and monetize the game? This place provides stable and high traffic, with links to all of the developer’s resources, where he has a verified profile and where he himself uploaded early versions of the game. The conversion rate may not be huge, but it’s his own choices that influence whether someone who paid for the game ends up feeling so disappointed they leak it for free without getting anything in return.
Most people didn’t pay for the game — but they gave it advertising, feedback, community, and reviews.
Besides, this isn’t Lona RPG with a mandatory agreement you have to accept just to enter the game. The Fate Won’t Separate Us isn’t a trademarked product or a commercial release. The only thing being “sold” here is the developer’s time, and it's worth exactly as much as Patreon brings in. Even then, the developer isn’t obligated to finish the game, and users who pay don’t get to make decisions for the dev. I’m entitled to say and write whatever I want, as long as it doesn’t break the forum rules.

Anyone else feel the sound mixing for this update is a bit off? Apart from the cricket noises which never stopped past the night scene in the beginning of the update, the update lacked the signature jarring, screeching sound effects which were a mainstay in past releases. Not sure if it was just me but I do miss those. Update felt... quiet for a lack of a better word.
Apart from that its a solid update that continues Freya's slow corruption. v0.4 is still better (the party scene is hard to beat) but my issue here isnt with the writing but the presentation. It felt less polished although the sex scenes were fire. Daniella is hot as always despite her hair. Also didnt expect Gloria's character to take this turn especially since she felt very sadistic in the cuckhold path (the final scene specifically). Definitely looking forward to see more of her. A shame about the lack of Cass content but it is what it is.

the path of cheatiing is the most exciting, i think the path of cuckolding is too forced, cheating gives that suspense
