Kofi is right, sexual harassment is not a crime. It's something you can get fired from your job for, but it's not a crime for which you can go to jail or prison. Walking up to a stranger on the street and saying to her, "Hey baby, nice tits" is perfectly legal. Don't misunderstand, grabbing and fondling her tits without her permission is sexual battery, and that's a crime for which you can go to prison. As is saying, "Hey baby, I'm gonna motorboat them titties," because that represents a threat, and thus sexual assault. But just paying a compliment, even an crass and unwelcome one, is no crime.
