I really like the drawings, the slightly “gross” side gives a particularly interesting flavor to the game. We finally got a scene with Artoria, let's hope she becomes a bit more dominant with Fujimaru. The bad ending was also very nice to see.

To be honest, I am suprised that there are not many parodies of this game. This game has a huge selection of girls and even boys that either gender can work well. Looking forward to seeing the future of this game.

My assumption is that because there's such a huge selection of fanmade & translated porn comics (aka the Doujins you can find online) there's less of a desire by english speaking players to create r18 games themselves.
as for why you dont even see jp fgo fangames? well, likely they exist but are not known to us.

The dev specified that he didn't have much time at the moment to work on the game, and that he'll probably get around to it in December.
