That's suicide
I completed the game just fine with keyboard and mouse. Also 3 (didn't finish 2, it's fine). Only went to controller with Elden Ring.
But to get back on topic:
I would not want to be uploaded into Any game, let alone a porn game. So instead I'll answer as if this were an isekai situation, you've been run over by a truck. You're now dead. You can pick a world that is a fully functional world, even if the source material for that world is not for one reason or another (such as being a flimsily written porno setting).
With that in mind, I would not want to be in Dark Souls or any of it's series because the world is fucked in those games. You wouldn't want to be a regular person, nor an undead, or a whatever else. It's a terrible place to live. Elden Ring is similarly a bad choice for 'place to live', as is pretty much anywhere in Tamriel, not just Skyrim.
As much as I like one of the recent games I've played, Dungeon and Bride, I probably wouldn't want to actually live in that setting either. On the upside: there is magic for bringing people back to life and you just need to be high enough level to access it. There's even a consumable item for it that, while it may not show up in shops as a normal product, is still produced in a steady enough supply that it's not That hard to get your hands on. Raise Dead has a much lower level requirement to access, and while it can fail, the result is still something you can recover from. You can take your friend's ashes to a temple and have them ressurected from dust for less than 5000 gold. And there are quests paying out tens of thousands or even hundreds of thousands of gold, and that's if you're not just beating up enough wandering monsters to accrue the wealth you're after. There's a robust-enough selection of classes available, and with the power of class changing and abusing item drops you can potentially become someone who can cast all the spells, then swap to a more melee focused class and Just be a one person army if you Really want. There's a lot of potential for becoming strong enough to take on god or satan in that game's setting. That said, I still wouldn't want to actually live there because there's a lot of stuff that's going to try and rape either you, or the one you hold dear. And in some cases they have plot armor that just lets them get away with being a piece of shit. And that's not getting into 'death breath' being a plot-weapon that just kills shit with no saving throw nor resistance.
The main thing to look out for in a potential setting is going to be answering the following questions:
1) Does it have the same, similar, or better conveniences than the real world?
Lots of medieval fantasy settings do Not have air conditioning, air filters, only some have plumbing or heated plumbing, many of them do not have cell phones, or the internet, or anything like those, or cars, or etc. There are many settings you can throw out simply because they would not be as comfortable to exist in.
2) Can you make a living there/is it required to make a living there?
Most settings are not the enlightened space future of Star Trek where being a federation citizen means that you don't have to worry about working or holding down a job, and can instead spend all your time playing holo-games and socializing with others if that's really what you want to do.
So since most settings are not a post-scarcity utopia, what are you going to have to do to survive? Is the setting even socially stable enough that you could get a job somewhere and make a living? Does the setting have anything relevant to your pre-existing skill set?
I'm going to assume that if the setting has character creation, then you probably get to pick your class, adjust your stats, etc. Unless the setting is something like one of the many System novels where your starting stats and whatnot are mapped from how you are in real life or one of the many anime settings where it does that and also auto-assigns your class to you.
All of that said, I think Konosuba might be a decent setting to exist in. You've got people showing up to be the big damn hero that's going to go fight the demon lord, so you can hang out in low-level ville and just get a job. You can qualify for class changes, you can level up by practicing your skills, and by and large, you aren't going to have to actually worry about evil shit running amok inside the towns.
Having expanded my response to beyond just porn video games though, Star Trek could be a decent setting to go with. Sure, there's dumb shit happening in pretty much every era of it, but you could be a regular person (outside of San Francisco) and you can almost certainly live out a full life without any particularly terrible things happening to you. Job? Not needed. Amenities? Generally better than real life. Entertainment options? If not better than real life, you could probably find some nerds to talk into making the kinds of things you want to play and ressurecting entire genres of gaming that were lost in the settings world war 3. After all, world war 3 apparently made a number of technologies lost that were only rediscovered later.
Edit: Having recently been reminded that Elin exists, it might be a viable, if ridiculously dangerous choice to go with. Lots of potential ways to die, but a tremendous amount of sandbox elements and all combinations are viable (even if some are more difficult to actualize than others).
