did you start from a previous save? if you did you get that i did too but restart the game and it goes away

And it seems if you buy the tools and "fix" Angela's door, you cant shoot more photos with her.
When you go in the afternoon to invite her, it only tells you the door is open to you anytime.
You cant enter the room with her even though she is there.
