This is the first non-porn game I have seen on Steam with the Adults Only tag. It must be pretty hard-core.

I mean, sure, true, but this isn't the site for it. When I want a game that's actually good as just a game, I'll go to proper games. I seriously doubt this game is anywhere near as good as Signalis, for instance.
Or, you know, any number of incredibly sucessful non-porn games out there. I get that this site isn't strictly porn-only but it's what 99% of us are here for and good sexual horror is already rare enough as it is, so seeing the missed opportunity here really hurts.

Edit: I hadnt played it on writing this, I was just reacted based on other replies. Ill leave the rest the way it was but its nice to see the dev continued in the same style. Ill probably buy it when Im able to.
As much as I love niche, weird indies and jRPGs. I dont get why its a sequel but intentionally wants to disappoint fans that liked that the first game had sex. Now tbh I didnt find the first game hot, but it wouldnt have been the first game without that stuff. I havent played this yet, way too many games and tbh after playing so many lewd jRPGs they sorta feel like they should have sex. That all games should have sex and nudity really because thats just normal, and not the low quality cash grabs we see from most so called porn. Just regular games that have lewdity!
Thats why it feels like a step back. Hopefully the dev realizes that in any future titles they work on. Idc if its hot, but add lewdity in some form. Even if its just some nudist or something. This should be normal in gaming by now!
Edit: This is why I add nude mods to any game that has them. Also I dont mean the sex in these games are "normal" but it should be normal to have sex happen. Anti-sexual culture is getting old is all Im saying.

Uhh pretty sure there's Sexual content in this game. Not sure where all the comments about it not are coming from. Itchio page taklks about it and I've seen comments from players on the steam community page about it as well. Might not be hardcore porn scenes but it's definitely in there. First 15 minutes playing the game my first character got face fucked to death by some zombie man with an axe's detachable living penis.
This isn't an H-game, is not trying to be an H-game, and will never be an H-game.

There are sexual moments in this game, but they are supposed to be horrifying, not erotic.

Thanks for clearing that up! Yeah thats how it should be with how the 1st game was. I was scared thinking the dev had lost their confidence and ended up censoring it due to societal pressure or something like that.

f yellow magician, he made me lose an arm as olivia so i move with a speed of a crawling toddler, and after that i fall to a pit trap and lose 3 hour of progress.

There is nudity though. I got grabbed by the priest was striped naked lost both my legs and crucified. You can find a naked woman dead on an alter. And a priest strips his clothes off.
And then there's that one dude. My god is he creepy as hell when playing marina.
I'm curious though if it has as many endings as the original fear & hunger.
EDIT: And I just realized you mentioned you noticed it, so now I feel stupid.

Wow, I didn't expect this to be pirated so fast especially with how long it was in limbo before releasing. Honestly, I thought this game had been cancelled for a time but was happy that it finally came out and literally bought it within 2 or 3 hours of release.
I figured most people had forgotten about Fear & Hunger despite how much it stood out.

There's technically sexual content in the game... it's just not really meant to be "sexy" or otherwise titillating.
There are two scenes, actually. But compared to the first F&H they're pretty tame.
During the random encounters with Needles (Jester), he has a chance of using needles on you and if you collapse to the status effect, you're taken to a hallway in the Bunker and chained up as a ghostly figure walks towards you. On reaching you, your character orgasms and passes out, waking back up either in the Bunker or in a shed in Old Town.
The second scene is a game-over sequence for getting caught by a character named 'Shy Guy' in the sprite sheet (I haven't gotten that far ingame), given his design I'd guess he's in the other world but from the sprites alone he seems to be a direct recreation of the Harvestman from the first game.
