I don't think this was ever explicitly stated or shown. At least the story makes it sound like she's lived as a girl her entire life.
its not explicitly stated or shown but it is implied with the dialogue from Father Domek and the phalic nature of her moonscorch transformation. It could potentially be a Bridget situation where Marina was raised as a woman to avoid being inducted into the priesthood (Although it does put into question whether being raised as one gender even makes oneself transgender if it doesn't match your sex)

- There has been some confusion about Marina's gender identity. In interviews, Miro has referred to her as a female and stated that she "doesn't have any crisis when it comes to her gender". When Samarie encounters Father Domek in the cut scene before she kills him he misgenders Marina at first, before switching back to she/her pronouns, adding weight to the theory that Marina's mother raised her as a girl, possibly to protect her from entering the priesthood. This does not contradict Miro's statement as Marina seems to identify as a woman and live life as one, therefore she is not having a crisis.

I know most of your are just horny people looking for a game to fap to but trust me and play this game, it's amazing. It's insanely difficult and unfair and you would definitely feel like quiting it in the first few moments of the game but it's worth it. The atmosphere, the lore, the story, the art all are 10/10. Unironically the best game on this site. This isn't a porn game but it's hella good

It's quite different than the first. In some regards it's harder in some it's easier.
online save editor worked for what i needed to do. I fear if i have an ingame cheat tool, I will abuse it

Just about finished the first game. Got all endings
and have virtually done everything. Wanted to really experience everything before coming to Termina. Excited to play the sequel!
I'd highly recommend anyone who sees this to play the first game and use the wiki as little as possible. I used it for map layouts a few times when I was stuck.

No it's totally not Porn. It just has a very unique style and nudity than can be considered "erotic" by some people.
People looking for porn in this game will be disappoint as there's not even little emphases on sexual context.
