Any idea what causes this?

Do the upload of the game again.

There may also be an error in your program if it is windows or mac or linux.

On linux, you need the Wine program.

Windows you need rpg games simulator or game emulator. Maybe, it's admin plus input mode. Windows 86, XP or whatever.

Mac I don't know

- Black screen/Invisibility bug when using Bonesaw, Heroin or Suicide fixed
- Chaugnar disappearing from Tunnel 7 fixed (You can find it from the lower levels where the thing jumpscares you)
- Hundreds of passability and minor visual bugs fixed
- Can't run with only 1 leg anymore
- Other minor typos and bug fixes

F95zone is classified as an "adult community" so technically even if a game has no nudity or sex, if it tackles adult themes it is still eligible to be uploaded. Horror like this generally falls into that category. This is why we have a "no sexual content" tag. Adult themes =/ porn exclusively.
