some of these games are aranged around the idea that molesters organize ahead of time and fill out an entire waggon. there are certainly comics and videos, av and anime, with that premise.

Usually called chikan. Pretty sure it just means molestation but chikan porn is pretty well exclusively on public transit.
I remember the good old days before pornhub got fucked by the credit card companies. About 7/10ths of the front page were incest, about 2/10ths were chikan and the rest was mostly interracial cuckolding. Now you get kink shamed in big letters if you even search chikan on that shit hole site.
Favourite part of chikan wasn't even the sex scenes. It was watching all the other people on the train just minding their own business, reading newspapers as some poor woman's being raped silly right beside them. I remember one video the girl ends up resting her hand on some dudes thighs for like a second as she was being pushed around and after she let go of him he brushed his thigh off and went back to reading his newspaper. I can only imagine how fucking hilarious it would be being casted as an extra for a chikan video.

Even according to conservative evaluation criteria, this game is quite poor in chikan games, showing a clear lack of refinement, resulting in a lack of interaction.
