From what I hear, it's not like Crush actually listens to anyone but cheerleaders there, either. I'd guess he doesn't need to banhammer a lot since he's fine putting on blinders.

I'd say he listens to everyone, positive or negative. And then he ignores everyone's advice equally. In the end, he does what he wants even if nobody else wants him to do it.

There's too much negative sentiment at this point, the only way to fix this game is to start again again.

Honestly I think the best move for him creatively would be to drop this idea entirely and do an unrelated game, something small and contained that he can map out completely before he starts writing. That way he could actually finish something and give himself the confidence and experience of completing a project. After that he could come back to this and do a better job. I recommended that to him and he reacted like I was mad.
Ooh, maybe we should try to get everyone to tell him to do another reboot. Then, in his quest to childishly never listen to advice, he'd be forced to make actual progress!

Maybe if people threw less money at him he'd feel less pressure to make everything perfect.
personally lads, i don't care for the early lifepath stuff. the appeal is always the foreigner stuck in an exotic setting. plus, too much early lifepath takes away from corruption aspect in Bangkok. This is just especially true with how Crush has written the Thailand sections and reluctance bits.
btw.. Blue swallow does the intro much better, but even there the draw to me will be what comes next!
point being, let my brotha Wu Sen hit it in the cinema. Involve his friend, do a cuck angle idc. Same with the convention group.

that care has just turned to frustration because of lack of any updates.
i'm willing to bet all of the criticism will go away if you manage to drop 3/4 solid updates in the next year. even typing this is copium on my part, the part of me that still wants to see progress. i just don't have any faith in that part anymore.

Yes, it's a great alternative.
The only thing that's still better than Blue Swallow is Victoria's Doll
. This is mainly because the clothes change automatically with the scene, and dressing manually feels better. It also has a back view and many sizes ranging from S to XL.However, if you only care about the text, Blue Swallow is just as good.
AI chatbots have been filling in for me. Plug the scenario into a chub card or just grok and you can get the scenario pretty well played out.

The paper doll in this game is far and away the best paper doll I've ever seen. I mean, it doesn't really matter because there's no game to go with it, but it's still damned good.
