But now we need dem linksJust wanna recommend Dragon Conquista. It has a pretty extensive hypnosis/mind control plot point around the halfway point with a decently extensive mind control sequence showing life under mind control in similar fashion to dilmur.
New S tier drop: Third Crisis Neon Nights (its a prequel). Just a demo for now, and not so much mechanics forcing particular outcomes. But the production quality is so damn high, I gotta recommend it!
Not sure if it was mentioned, but Rise of Corruption has been a really enjoyable game with an almost exclusively mind control-driven story. I was turned off by its intro at first, but glad I gave it a shot past that point. The corruptable characters all have five tiers of corruption/mind control. I felt it was great if you enjoy games that show the slow mind control elements permeate over time.
Around the halfway point, when you first encounter the Religious City of Sereme/Seleme. You'll know you're close when you first meet the painter in the main story.

Not sure if this is up anywhere, but the mind control is pretty hawt. Its mostly hot lesbian vampires but there are more than a few m/f scenes as well.

Nepgear is very good, I really like how it handled its mind control. Subtle changes through each day. I wish it was even a bit more descriptive, but it's cute. Also multiple endings are nice.

Hi guys, I saw the tier list but still asking questions
So, preferably, any mind controls that went to desired erotic scenes but didn't change who they are
Like a personality enhancement thing where the female act more lewd or thirsty when controlled then confused when freed but having sorts of questions to what just happened
Maybe not corruption since the periodically controlled female is still who they are as the plot went on, only causing tendencies to be close(r) to the mind-controller
*Anyone know any game like this??

not an FMC to *start*, but Secretary has some pretty serious mind control going on. With drugged submission and tech hypnosis as a fairly regular part of the story.

Probably not great, I played for an hour or so. Gave up midway and downloaded a full save to watch the gallery. There is penetration in one of the gallery scenes though.

I finished Noroware over the past week and Isekai transmission last year. Both have hypnosis/mind control/corruption in them, Isekai moreso. Story and gameplay for both games is just alright. As you mention the scenes are above average to great. Isekai is help back by the poor translation imo but both are worth trying. The dev had a new game come out in January that also focuses on mind control and corruption. TBD for when that's translated.
