Hypnosis Knight and Liese come the closest to the original intent of this thread imo, everything else doesn't really fit OP?

Well OP has a 0 to 100% scaling of how much hypnosis is in the game and all my reported games do contain some kind of hypnosis or Mind control.
I`m basically grasping on straws at this point anyway.
There are barely any dedicated hypnosis games out there and i`m pretty sure i`ve seen everything at this point. Even gone through the entire DLSite Mind control tag.
I did find some additional games on Weekend where i found the mind control interesting:
Pray Game (it`s basically a instant mind control. You encounter him 2 times and third time he turns you instantly into his bitch. Extremly nice. I also think it`s a decent game on it`s own.)
Sister Lumina and the Hypnosis Cult (it`s in the name, i just looked at gallery but there seems the game also has a story based twist we`re she turns into a succubus? Need to take a closer look when i have vacation)
I also played some school game we`re the pe teacher offers massages and hypnotises the girl you play. But i forgot to move the game from my ram disk to the main and currently have no time to search for it again

Im somwat suprised that is has not come up jet well i guess it is a somwat diffrent game to the ones sofar mentioned since it ist a touch simulator but A simulation of a brainwashing app that trains a pure young lady to be a pervert [v1.0.6] [Dobuworks] and it pre suquel are pretty mutch 100% about Hypnosis.
From the beginning to the end it is about hypnotising a girl to be your sex toy to the point that at the end of the game she even wants it.

I've also scoured pretty much the entire site with the relevant tags but I know there are quite a lot of games that have extensive MC in them but don't really tag themselves so if you know any of those maybe you could share them?

If i had them, i posted them already.. that said i only listed what i actually found interesting.
There is a lot that falls through the grid because the thumbnail didn`t look good enough or the art wasn`t appealing to me.
Every larger hgame has a hypnosis scene, its basically default practice to have most kinks covered. I remember Evenicle having one. It`s just most often not worth the time to go through the games just for a mediocre scene.

Yeah the issue with the tags system is that a 10h game can have a 5m hypno scene and get the mind control tag and then I have to sift through that slog just to be blueballed by a throw away scene. It's a big issue with some tags that are already overly broad like sex toys. Where one would hope that represents having a toy equipped to the MC or as something you can use in masturbation scenes and not just a single moment where a nerd holds a wand to you in a cut away h-scene
