Played Uni love Uni, but looking more for where protagonist beats someone up and they get revenge later on. Rather then just a small stand up.

I would say Degrees of Lewdity fits that theme as well, as you get in fights with the bully (although I think the consequences only happen if you're defeated).
Battle Shrine Maiden Honoka - Found this and it's a real good example of what I was looking for. Multiple characters that main protagonist beats up, that aren't just random thugs/bandits, but actual characters with names and different backgrounds that come for revenge.
