I believe the game title means the birth of the demon nest (it's a dry lake/pond, play the game and you will find it eventually).

It's also worth to note that this is the 1.0 version because I have no access to ver 1.01.
However accodring to the changelog it's just a minor bug fix of the wrong order of events in the gallery room.
It also adds a new item that seems to be an extra guide map but I complete the game without any issues so I think it won't affect the gameplay or story.

And this is edited chatGPT so the quality is way better than sugoi or deepL, with about 10% manual.

no as long as editor is competent all MTL can be decent-good. All MTLs are the same otherwise
