Yeah those kind of games are unfortunately WAY too rare, I agree, would love to see more of that kind of stuff too
The only one I can think of myself ever is https://f95zone.to/threads/naedoko-demons-ground-v1-12-tsukinomizu-project.79560/ and it really is borderline if it even counts. It has a SINGLE scene only, as far as I remember. And while it features a a LOT of tentacles, and a fair bit of futa, the one scene that borderline counts, does not have any of either of those, it is a pure female urethra insertion, but very brief.
Since it is so borderline I am gonna do a bit more of a specific description of the relevant parts of the scene in the spoiler below, so it is up to you if you want to read or not, whether you plan to try out the game or not:
