No chance till Dev has completed this game which will take years still as the Dev has said that this is still pre-alpha. So you'll be better off probably attempting to mod the game to be an female MC.

Again, I hate assholes who have access to patreon stuff and don't share it here, and I'm not one of those assholes so here's Demo 16:
Also keep in mind that i don't have any idea why this is split in two but here's what the original update post says:
What's present:
• 20~ ish new CGs for the Headset, 5 new sex scenes (full new, such as Lily's topping scene but some replacements as well) with variants, a few new dialogues with Luna, Lily and Minty (A special mimic you can come by), sounds for sex scenes during dialogues, a few extra images for player status here and there and more.
• I've made some changes to Lovense since the test build came out, so I hope it's working now. Since I can't test it, I'll need some more feedback from you to understand any issues that might come up. Thanks to those that have been helping me with that, I appreciate it a lot <3
Tip: In order to get a better feel of the changes, playing with the headset is recommended. Me and Nekoraven have a few more replacements coming, hopefully you'll feel the improvement we felt <3
What I left out until the full release:
• Town scenario (I'll post it here as soon as I'm done).
• Scenario changes, 2d lighting and visual effects to every arena (Could be postponed because using URP is making the UI not render properly, but I think I can fix it.)
• Voices for Kalysea and Luna (Waiting for the VAs to be available or finish their work)
• A bunch of new scenes and replacements.
• My girlfriend is doing an amazing job improving the game's visual identity, some things will look a lot better when the full demo releases.

I wouldn't call that being an asshole, Visa and Mastercard has made it hard on h game devs and they need to hold on to every dollar they can. I am willing to wait a month if it means they can make some more money (A lot of which is going toward further game development).

I've updated it for Demo 15 Fix 2, so it should work now.
It's made so that it doesn't rely on a specific version of the game, so it should continue to work no matter the version. If something stops working however, reply to that thread and I'll make an effort to fix it.
