To be honest, I have not checked this game for several updates. The last time I played this game it didn't happen (or maybe I avoided it by not going down that path-(so I don't know this scene).
Whose path is this?
Is there any way to avoid this scene? (For example, don't go down this path)?
If it can't be avoided, then it's not for me either.

The execessive feet focus is a problem whit most femdom game, 90% of the time a patreon femdom game runs a poll for what fetish people want to see more in the game feet wins by a landslide and the game just slowly turns into a foot fetish simulator.

That comes down to taste really, if that's what people are voting for the most then it's popular for a reason. Sure femdom has a lot more to offer than foot fetish but the latter is a kink that a lot of people enjoy in that genre.

The fact that Femdom as such a wide category of kinks as been the downfall of countless games. The autor starts a game whit a vision in mind but they need money, they make a patreon account and then slowly the donors are warping the game into what they want it to be and eventually the autor get's tired of working on kinks they don't enjoy and abandon the game.

It happens every couple of months and the most common offender is foot fetish.

All of that happening to the dude instead is what femdom is, at least the version I am interested in. Actually even then I don't like the anally raped part. This game and that scene does absolutely nothing for me, outright disgusts me tbh. To each their own but that's my honest opinion on this.

at first I thought you were about another character and about the old quest, but after passing I realized, and I agree in a sense, I would like it to be possible not to betray Isabelle, but to become Kate's own slave, but there is no such possibility, and this scene apparently part of the main story, I think it can be avoided (but not a fact) if at the beginning of the game you choose Isabelle and not Kate.
but of course the femdom lovers want to pick Kate because she is obviously a femdom character.
although I like the taming of Isabelle, and it is possible to be Kate's slave with her (if you think of it as a member), but of course I don’t want this to happen to Isabelle.

I really don't have a problem with feet. It can be a good introduction for femdom, but seems the dev are scare of moving for more kink stuff and only keep on feet all the time. Tower of Trample is like that, all the charaters seems to only focus on feet or stocking.

Gonna ad a couple of game that i didn't see on the list.

Submissive hero quest - The MTL is awful but the game as some decent stuff in it including Ballbusting/Pegging and a optional Futa-on male scene.

Sadistic Maid Rebellion - About having to escape from your staff of lustful sadistic maid, as facesitting gangband trampling and the end game is very Pegging extensive. I think this file as a completed save on it but i don't remember for sure, the MTL is edited and is passable.

About a escaped slave that is taken in and his new sisters have their way whit him, i belive there's some futa in here but i'm not 100%

True, and that would be fine if it were lesbian femdom (lezdom) situation (great even), unfortunately games like this seem to be male dominating women, which is most definitely not femdom.
