I play Skyrim every few years and pretty much try to explore and do everything. I usually only have the cosmetic "adult" mods (armors, bodies, idles, etc.) and either don't have the sex mods or disable or otherwise avoid them while I play most of the game. Then towards the end I'll turn them on when I've finished everything. If I really want to go full into the slavery or what not, where I agree it's really unplayable, I might use a different profile and just play around with it, but without a dedicated femdom based story mod and full themed game loop of some sort, that would likely have to be DLC level to really do it right, I find it's a fun novelty but I'm not going to keep at it more than a few hours or whatever at most, whereas the actual Skyrim gameplay can get me 150+ hours when I play it normally.

There's definitely a possibility there for a true femdom mod but nobody has done that yet, and the various sex mods can be very good but they are also not real games or anything like that. The other games we can find here are definitely better in that department. But fiddling around with these mods in an already great game is still worth trying out for most people in here.
Yeah, the cosmetic mods alone add a lot of nice sexiness to Skyrim. I'm a fan of chronotrigger77's Remodeld Armor set, but I mix it up with TERA armors and others individual armor replacers like lustmord vampire armor too. I like to use the 3BA body, even though adult mods don't work 100% perfectly with it. Weather mods and other overhauls, especially audio overhauls, make the world much more engaging as well...

The way you're doing it, enabling adult mods after you've played the game, certainly seems to be the popular route. I personally go in with the mentality that I'm going to play Skyrim like a normal game until I feel in the mood for lewdness, then prompt a situation in which erotic and unpredictable player submission elements are likely to happen, accept that my progress in completing combat quests and leveling will be hijacked or drastically slowed down for a usually brief period of time as a result of that, experience that for a while, and then conclude that and resume the main Skyrim experience, ad infinitum until my mod setup breaks or I lose interest. However, 90% of the time this is a "player submission" experience more than it's a femdom experience, and the vast majority of the female dominants have bland generic NPC dialogue.

The root of this is that Skyrim as a whole does not put effort into the depth of characterization of its NPCs. You don't even zoom in on characters' faces when you talk to them in like in Oblivion. And the player character is faceless too, and voiceless except when they select a dialogue choice mid-conversation. And of course, to most adult modders, their characters probably feel less alive because they aren't voiced like the main Skyrim NPCs are. There are many adult modders who care about the personalities of the NPCs they create, and they have even recruited voice actors in many cases, but those people seem to mostly write vanilla adult romance, never cruel or heavily BDSM-oriented stuff. There are some exceptions that have caught my interest a little, like Sasha who I described earlier, so I'd at least like to see more of those. A true femdom mod like what you talk about would be wonderful, though!

The problem that I found while playing lewd mods on skyrim a couple years ago was the fact that some of the lewd mods/animations were never ported to the Legendary Edition/Special Edition, while others were leaving the community split between game editions. Also how time consuming creating a compatible modlist was only to see your game crash 30mins in. I agree that if there was a community effort to build a modlist focused on femdom, it would greatly reduce the headache of going back for more Skyrim.

Played.
Elena is by far the most interesting character in the game but I can't tell what the dev want.
She started with a brat attitute and then change to just annoying. Sudden the tables are flip and the realtionship start having some maledom vibes and end changing back to annoying.
I really don't know what will happen but there is a lot of maledom potential there.

I vaguely remember that game but I don't think it had any femdom, or if it did it was just so limited so as not to really be worth playing for it. And I didn't think the rest of the game was strong enough to bother with. Did that change with the recent update?
Not sure what changed but there is Rei with some femdom scene(I found it kind of generic) and Elena early scenes.
The end of the update Kate is introduced to BDMS and seems to lead either to some maledom or femdom route in the future

Small update that I should've made long time ago:
- added 2 games thanks to Thepoordinosaur: Cornelica, Town of Succubi and Succubus Farm.
