Yeah I took that out of it too. It's a pretty good game though as a game, so I'd finish it. I don't expect a whole ton of femdom, just the three chars you mentioned, and the porn in general will be lighter. It's more focused on the psychological character study aspect, and chess. And with the amount of characters and ambition with the skill trees, I can't imagine any one route or style would get a large amount of focus. So I think only drips of femdom will be there, and mostly maledom, and I'll just skip most of the vanilla stuff to play it as a straight VN with a story for that.

I plan to have a lot of femdom content in Nothing is Forever. However, this is such a broad term that I’m trying to make each girl "specialize" in some aspect of it. It also must be said that this is all in a scale from vanilla to hardcore and I’d like that, regardless of where a given player fits in the scale, there is some content for him. Some girls will be more on the vanilla side, others in the hardcore part.

Some of these things you might consider to be just plain vanilla, and some to be something else completely different than femdom (looking at you cuckoldry). Some you might not like, some you might love.

The problem with having so many kinks in a game (and this is just the femdom part) is that, if you love one, let’s say pegging, you might end up disappointed to find out that not all of the girls will be into it, or that there won’t be that many scenes focused in it (all the kinks need to be divided by all the lewd scenes). This means a few things:

• Your favorite kink from the list above will, for sure, have less scenes than you’d like. Sorry about that.
• On the other hand, if there’s something you don’t like from that list, you’ll still have plenty of other scenes to enjoy.
• If you are a depraved deviant like myself that enjoys many kinks, but also variety (always the same thing gets boring, doesn’t it?), you’ll definitely find a little bit of everything in my game.

Well, I'm a bit late to the party with this answer, and I second both Mister_M and Frosty in that I think lesbian cuckoldry could be hotter than the vanilla/hetero kind and that it'd be nice to also see some of the more basic femdom fetishes (like feet), if they do not conflict with a particular girl's kinks or personality, be shared by more of them, while also having 1 or 2 specific fetishes to each girl as you put it! Your game has plenty of well-written realistic characters and, like other aspects of NiF, I would've honestly never expected anything but you making the femdom content feel unique and different for each girl, although I must say I'm pleasantly surpirsed that you actually have a little bit of femdom planned for all 7 girls! (originally I was one of those people who suspected we'll only get Deb, Kim and some stuff on Emma's route) I also have a lot of femdom kinks raging from loving softcore to more hardcore than Darktoz, so I'll definitely enjoy having several playthroughs of your game and you've all but sold me on becoming a patreon supporter with this post!

In terms of making any suggestions, I noticed you haven't mentioned "findom" or "blackmail" or anything of the sort in your list of planned kinks, so I'm curious: would it be possible for us to have findom content with Kim and as she slowly starts "walking more and more over you", for her to progressively ruin MC's life, career, friendships etc until he has almost nothing left and no other option than to become her full time slave? In a way I can envision her content going towards blackmail, findom, humiliation, some CBT or other pain-related fetishes, and even eventual enslavement of MC in one of her "endings", all of which is stuff I'd love to see, (especially as the game has already established that she could be a cruel mistress that enjoys taking things away from others and making them suffer just because she can, and also because I've got a shameless obsession for dominant Asian women... ) but I could also see her content veering towards cuckoldry, which I don't find as attractive.

There are a few kinks like blackmail that are complicated to implement. The reason for that is twofold:

Firstly, I don’t want to force kinks to players that don’t want to see them. Therefore, everything has to be optional. Blackmail, by definition, is something that’s forced on the MC and not optional. Although, there are some simple ways to deal with this.

For example, have some sort of consensual blackmail where both parties agree what is allowed or not. This, however, loses much of the appeal of the kink. It’s more roleplay than anything else at this point. The other way would be to, in a very clear way, give a choice to the player whose consequence would be that the mc ends up blackmailed or not. That way the player can still decide if the blackmail plot starts or not, even if it’s forced on the MC.


But then we come to the second problem: for personal choices, I wouldn’t like to have any non-consensual scenes in the game. It’s just that I’m trying to make something a bit more realistic than what the typical BDSM relationships are shown in media, and a fundamental part of that is consent. I once also had a couple of comment exchanges with Mister_M where he mentioned that it would be hot if Kim was the sort of domme that ignores safe-words. But that is something that personally triggers me. I understand that this can be hot and that avoiding these kind of scenes diminishes how good certain kinks can be. It’s just a personal choice for not wanting to include rape-ish, non-consensual scenes/kinks in the game. Blackmail kind of falls in this kind of situations that I’d prefer to not include in the game.


So, with all of that said, I do have some ideas on how to implement a sort of blackmail-ish plot, but please have low expectations for it because it probably won’t work as you imagine, or as how blackmail is typical depicted in games/stories (I think... to be honest, with a full-time job and making a game on the spare time, I really don't have time to play games. I actually don't know how these kinks are typically implemented).

This plot will be more in a way where the MC, willingly, puts himself in the hands of someone else, by giving her all the power and information she needs to blackmail him, if she so wishes. But that’s because he finds it hot to give that kind of power to someone else and lose all control over his life. Because he finds it hot that someone can ruin his life. In other words, the plot happens because the MC has a blackmail kink, or, let's say, a kink of possibly having his life ruined by someone else.

Which, you know, makes it just slightly different from a relationship where the MC just accepts to submit and serve a girl on his own will. The only small difference is that, in this case, there is the looming threat that the MC would never be able to leave that relationship because the domme would have blackmail content against him, that she could use at any time she wants if the mc ever puts a foot out of line. Whether she would actually use it or not will always be a question mark for the MC and the player.

So, is this a big enough difference to differentiate a normal hardcore femdom relationship from this "blackmail relationship"? Will this be enough to please players that enjoy blackmail content? I don’t know, when I release that chapter you can tell me if it worked or if I failed big time

A similar situation/reasoning can be used to incorporate fimdom elements in the blackmail or in other plot lines.

Of course I assumed that the blackmail plot would have to be consented to by the player at least through one clear decision, and I understand you wouldn't want to force any fetishes on any of the players - it's a hallmark of all quality games with wide-ranging fetishes like yours, and I very much respect the way you have implemented it thus far! (it's basically possible to not experience any maledom even on Jen's path for example, and I realise that must have taken a lot of work and dedication to customising content and interactions with every girl based on MC's in-game personality and choices) That said, I would love it if MC himself (not the player) could actually get blackmailed and have his life slowly ruined by Kim without giving his consent directly for any of it (after the player makes the original choice to start the blackmail domination plot), as, like you put it, explicit consent somewhat diminishes the appeal of kinks like this one. This is perfectly understandable and you shouldn't write any characters or erotic plots that make you uncomfortable/put you off, as I know, as an amateur writer who published a little erotica online myself, that usually attempting to do that decreases one's enthusiasm for a story and can reduce writing quality quite a bit. Basically, don't push yourself and keep making the game that you love! Besides,
