how do u throw away unwanted items from inventory (I accidentally bought one too many blood from the skull girl)
And is there any way to increase the size of the inventory?

Nope, this one's made in Unity, and afaik there isn't an Emulator for Unity on Mobile, Joiplay's only for RPG and VN engines
