Is there any way to play this game without the recommended/ required Graphics card? Or is there a way to buy a new graphics card and have an expert install it? Or do I need to buy a brand-new or used laptop with the correct graphics card to play this game? I've been wanting to play this game so badly, but I bought this computer without considering whether I needed a specific graphics card.

There is bad optimization. The maximum that can save is vertical synchronization. I don't know what kind of hardware you have inside, but it is better to have at least 1660 super. It is not an option to run lower. If you want your video card not to die quickly, but to serve you for a long time, then it is better to make sure that the system requirements are suitable.
