I think they serve different purposes. Part of sissification IS feminization, but feminization doesn't mean you're going to be sissified. Feminization is just the process of appearing more like a woman. Sissification is when you eventually turn into a whore.
so any save to see the gallery? the last game is also tedious to see full gallery.

I made a basic partial uncensor (it ain't amazing but its better than nothing, imo) for the animations, I got lazy and only messed with the main spline sheet, so only the majority of the animations are uncensored, nothing else.
And by uncensored, I mean I just replaced the censored weiners completely (with ai weiners), the censor is so bad, half the things I couldn't even tell what they were, so there may be some mistakes.
As for the file, I had to split it up because 15 megabytes is too big I guess.
So, if you've never used multiple files in a rar/zip, download them all, put them in the same folder, then unzip the first one, the rest should combine automatically.
For the file itself, put it in game/data and replace.

Well, according to one of earlier ci-en posts with brief explanation, the actual premise is: big demon appeared and covered city in miasma that caused men to go mad with lust. Women seemed unaffected, so humanity answered with creation of magical girls, or "battle maidens". They proven to be quite effective, however this brought up another problem - if magical girl ends up getting captured, demons will endlessly breed her and offspring inherits her power, which is fairly troublesome. As a way to circumvent that issue, the male "battle maidens" wearing the titular feminization devices were created. Skyrocketed estrogen kept them from succumbing to miasma and even if they fail and end up in enemy's tentacles - its no big deal since they cannot be impregnated and won't create new strains of demons.

I feel like otokonoko has NOTHING to do with 'trans', because it could also just include a female-looking face. A female looking/acting boy seems more accurate. Since that includes those ones that also do not wanna be a girl.
It would be fine if you could fully turn them to women, as it is now it just defeats its purpose.
