Press "X" before touching ground for a counter move. Invest some points into abilities that let you get up faster (no need for mashing buttons).
You can beat this game just by pressing "X" at correct time to either do counter knock-down move or spin to win move if you invest some points into MP and MP regen - the same "strategy" since the first Fighting Girl game...
Dev likes to put annoying mobs that knock you down with one move (or by walking into you) or stun lock you but every game also has some cheesy strategy that makes so trivial you can play it with one hand.

Im probably high or my f95 glitched in some way. Also ins't there any update of FGYuri? UMAI NEKO keeps constantly updating this game in his patreon

Thank you for the heads up! Worked like a charm. Feels a little counter-intuitive to wait until after you've been defeated to get stripped, but it also feels weird to basically get a second chance mechanic like this since you can just heal up and keep playing like nothing happened so long as you don't get stripped

Heads up, ya'll: In the latest version there's a game-breaking bug where if you use your jump special, you go through the stage. As far as I can tell, it's random and there's nothing to do besides restart the stage. Worst part for me was it happened at the end of the stage.
Game launches and then gives an error code and closes, what gives?

Man, this game is Hella Unbalanced lmao. I'm a fan of the high-quality animations by UmaiNeko, which is pretty good from all his Fighting/Magical Series. Expect uh Fairy Flower not much Good Lewd Animations Positions lol.

To Start off, like...The only way to Beat up the Lizards not to pounce on you on the ground, is when you.
- Get the Knockdown Animation, when you see Yuri animation Hits on the Ground, then
Press Down Arrow + Keyboard X, at the Same Time. It's like a Wake Up DP Attack in a Fighting game, but COST MP Meter, so use it wisely and Manage MP.
- Get to the Lizards Level on Stage 01, Beat up all the Lizards, DO NOT Go to the Next Zone. Move Left so you're out of the Exit of the Zone, and Press Number 0 on the Keyboard, and walk left and make sure the Lizard doesn't hit you, or it's alright since the Wake Up DP Attack helps a lot to counter the Lizard from pouncing on you. What your doing is Spawning a crap ton of Lizard just to Farm Present, Coins, EXP. By moving left just to spawn them, until you reach the end of the left side, you do your Special Ultimate Attack on Screen, make sure they are all on screen, and it will one-shot them all, since they only have 3-4 HP. If you don't have Meter for Special Attack, do the Spinning Attack Drill Move in the Air. By Pressing UP and Keyboard X, and Spam it. It also COST MP, so be careful. Keep doing that Grind and have a good feel if you're done grinding or not, and finish the Stage, since "Go back to Lobby" won't let you keep the reward, so you have to Finish the Stage to keep the Rewards. And Repeat.
The Spawn Enemies Mechanic only works on Green Lizards like Stage 01 and Stage 03 Blue Lizards. Not on other Enemies. Also, make sure it doesn't overwrite the Last different Enemies standing on the field, since it won't spawn the Lizards. So you have to keep a Lizard alive, kinda odd system for spawning enemies on certain stages at the end that Spawn Lizards with different Enemies.
- After finishing beating up Lizards, go to SHOP, and buy LEVEL UP Books. And build that Level up to Unlock the Higher Tier EXP Books. Then Repeat the Grind.
Problem 1: Basically ALL the STATS MATTERS/MANDATORY/HIGH REQUIREMENT in this Game, if you want to do A LOT of Damage Early/End Game, to Beat up those High HP/Health/Defense/DEF Enemies.
I still recommend upgrading REGS and AVoD somewhat early depending on your choice, to get out of Lewd Attacks easily.
Also wanna Recommend Upgrading SELF-DEFENSE, to lower Lewd Damage from Enemies. The Max Training Level is 20 for each Skill Category.
Problem 2: Holy Hell, Upgrading Item is a Hell Hole and HELLA Expensive, so choose wisely and don't use ALL your Crystals by
accident or dumb way. And compare the Upgrades what you want carefully.
In End Game, just keep Farming Lizards like 24/7. And Focus on CRI.C/CRI.D and PATK Stats.
Also saveeditonline.com doesn't work to Edit the Save Files. While older UmaiNeko games Save Files works sometimes.
This game is... Not fun lmao. But still love the Lewd Animations and the New one I saw right now also. But all that response about Feedback, and never fixed them after like a year or so, is bruh. Never gotten to fix all of his games for some of them.
Game is okay, not recommended though for people or have time on their hands, since it's still a WORK IN PROGRESS Game.
But the only thing good UmaiNeko is good at is the Lewd Animations.
Putting my Save File here, which has everything and Stage 01 - Stage 04 Unlock. Sadly no EX.Gallery for Newer Enemies, since he didn't add them in, even though the new enemies are in there, but the only way to see them is to play the Stages. But Gallery does have their New CG Animations in for the New Enemies.

Meanwhile, here am I, just using the same tactic I learned when first Fighting Girl Sakura came out: invest most points into MP/MP regen until you can spam tornado kick (X attack) infinitely, then just spam it.
Yuri is a little trickier because of lizard - you need some more HP to survive hits (cuz I'm lazy to do it properly) and restrain resistance and have invest into damage earlier but the tactic still works - just sweep the stage with X attack to spawn all enemies and push them to one side, then charge special attack (space) and finish them off. If you manage to kill enough enemies you can charge your next special attack instantly.
This is only for Basic/Normal difficulty but there's no point to play janky Umai Neko game on hard difficulty after all. No need for level or currency farming, no need for items or upgrades. Just spin to win.

I forgot to Add-On something, High Difficulty makes the Lizard Grind drops MORE Presents and the Big Presents show up more often.
Also might be something later on I noticed on his Pervious Game, like Magical Angel Fairy Heart, High Difficulty have the New Enemies in that game, so if you want the Gallery Completed trying to go through Stages to get them, gonna be pain in the ass lmao. Because they're gonna be TANKY and doing so much Damage to you, and Strong break bar when pinned down getting your ass clapped. So rip that, just to be aware when the Full Game comes out lol.
Edit: My bad, it's Fairy Princess that had Stage Diffculty system to get the Newer Enemies to spawn in to get Full Gallery, thanks to easy86 for the correction ^ ^
