Identify finding an optional ntr japanese game

i keep remembering an optional ntr japanese game i found either here or on another forum, it was either partially translated or maybe just the prologue was translated.

the main gimmick of the game was that there was an overworld map system, and if you let a guy get to a girl a progress bar would fill up and he would start getting sex scenes after a certain point, unless you stopped him and got scenes of your own. there are multiple guys as antagonists but i can't remember if there are multiple girls
