Not sure if I ran into a bug, the story hasn't reached that far, or if I somehow messed up a trigger sequence, ect, for Scout's story.

Completed the first dng with scout. Got the broken blade and piece of the Key. Found a 2nd and 3rd dng, and cleared them both. Got no continuation of Scouts story, just goes back to the inn and a new day starts. At this point all area's are 100% explored too. So im not sure if i missing something or somehow broke something. Is there something i need to do to continue her story?

No, you've reached the end of it for now. Next update will include the final dungeon (unlocked by the key pieces) as well as some new gear for completing it.

Also, does the seasons just keep repeating or are you planning on adding more?
And will my save files be invalidated once you're done with that? If so, a bit disheartening, but fine

People have been saying there's multiple totems..? I don't know how because I've only seen one. Same with the shack, I can't find the owner.

How did you trigger the broken blade quest? I've managed to get myself stuck in a loop - not sure what I'm doing wrong. Lucy and Scout both stuck at 300.

You got it, mid-winter is about where content ends - sort of. There are a few things might trigger later.
Once I get spring content in, the game will enter a more less endless state where the seasons will keep cycling but new content will get a lot sparser.
Save files are typically fine to carry forward, but obviously if anything gets added in earlier seasons you will miss stuff tied to specific times of the year (the army for example).

Shack's owner isn't in the game yet. There is one totem in the gnoll fields.

Also what does gear maintenance do?

It's a little hard to see the buffs / debuffs in combat but when you have done gear maintenance you get +dmg to your attacks in combat scenarios. Very useful.
