Update WinRAR first. Try extract again. Download again if it's really corructed archive.

The mod works only for pc full version not compressed. There is nothing to forgive.

You can use JoiPlay to use this mod in Android . But you will pc version of this game.

You can use both compressed as well as uncompressed file. It doesn't matter which one u use . Compressed version only have small quality loss.
