First Adult Game?

First one I recall from the top of my head was Sex Kitten. This was followed by Frank's Adventure, MnF games, Hentai Brothel, SlaveMaker 3, various Strip Poker games (most of the women weren't attractive IMO but I liked to play poker, so...). I've played way too many various games I no longer remember most of them. Some I only played once, some I played on and off for a while and a handful I still play (very rarely, but still).

Yikes. So long ago I can't remember. There was this one game...
Ahh yeah, someone already mentioned Knights of Xentar! That was one of my first ones. Or True Love, like someone else mentioned. I'd have to go look over a list of ancient pc hentai games to shake up my memory more than that. It blurs together with a lot of games with implied suggestive sexual content that wasn't actually explicit back then, since my imagination was happy for anything even slightly kinky to work with.

Geez, meanwhile these days I gotta tick off a number of boxes for fetishes before my juices start flowing. Was a lot easier back when a simple image of a character in tight clothing was enough to thrill.
