Unfortunately, Kwedge has always been planned as an important playable character — he appears right from the introduction, and that’s something I’m firm about : there are too many female char in the main game and Claude is not an interesting choices since he has "everything."
But don’t worry: if he isn’t well-liked, an alternate route will allow you not to play as him at all;


I’m going to think about adding a walkthrough in the final 1.06 release.
The idea was already to include one in 1.07 along with a redesigned HUB and a more efficient map system, but if many of you are getting lost, I’ll at least add this first.

Brother, it's totally fine to put Edge in the game, even though most people don't like him. What you don't need to do is create a route with that pig. Just put scenes with them through Tifa's POV. Nobody wants to play with him, man. It was clear in this patch that nobody liked it, and it just makes the game even more confusing.

Some antivirus works like that, in my computer there's no problem. Renpy game especially version 8.4 and so on still detected as virus by some AV

I think there's a bug. I did the cat-shit stuff before talking to Tifa and getting the quest for it. Got the advanced shinra parts or whatever, but the black mage behind the counter is unclickable for the camera.

If you found Jessy's bag, then it is empty because someone took what was inside? Maybe the quest is not well explained? I'll check that.

The quest for bikini is already done but I think I still don't find Jessie bag's. And the building beside Dinner, Kurt house, when Tifa get there and sit on the couch then when I tried to click her there's appear error
