You can check by hovering over the EXE and the Version will show in the metadata popup. The EXE version is of Unreal Engine's version and not the game's version, fun fact.
sweet, so its 5.4, I tried using fmodel and no luck, the assets wont show up in the list

Are you using Steam VR to run it? For me I figured out that running it through Steam VR makes it lag. Using my Oculus Link and having OpenXR enabled makes it run better. It's still a bit laggy but not as much as running it through Steam VR.I have a 3090 24gb vram, 64gb ram, 12900k Cpu, and this game RUNS LIKE SOME ASS
Ive check the creators itch site, and almost instantly you get messages about dont buy their games because its ass or that many of their games are virus infected.
Some even say its not working for some vr headsets.

Well I can't speak for other people, but I'm speaking about my experience. As for it having viruses, that's a crazy thing to hear.

They had a previous game just like this that was just as buggy. They seem to be notorious for dropping an unfinished game, throwing a few patches that don't solve anything, and then abandoning it

Figures. A game that was for VR Only, gets changed to Non-VR content for no reason.
Thats just typical and now understandable why this game is trash.

Using quest 3 and running the game fine with steam vr.
Free mode i can't even move with my controllers.
Adventure I can move, but im unable to put the power items into the sockets.

Patreon posts seem to highlight similar issues so maybe need a newer or patched version to release
So I use HTC Vive VR System for this, with Steam VR.
On the Freemode, fps is good, however I cannot move at all and the remote "hands" dont appear.
On Adventure Mode, fps is good, I can collect the items needed, the game does finish after inserting the batteries and three power cores. Though if you drop the keys they tend to be a bit hard to pick up. The "Hands" sometimes disappears after picking up a power core and inserting them, picking up another object tends to fix this.
Dont have Patreon so I dont know about the DLCs.
