If you really want to help a dev you should support him on his Patreon/subscribestar/whatever. That would also give you some title to comment on the dev’s way of working (in a way, there are limits even in that situation).
Complaining on a site where you get the game for free will only annoy everybody and will not make it completed faster, not even by a second.

Another opinion of mine, on this, is that my time that I spend here is also free and I'm not complaining, it means that the support of a fan who does not fund is no less important / productive for the developer and is one of the reasons ( perhaps the main one) for which this site is successful, otherwise we don't understand why all the devs publish here without apparently asking for anything and when a dev gets annoyed he can abandon the project without incurring any penalties and as often happens.
I think, if you didn't understand, no one has reason or right to complain in an environment/market without rules and remains free to act as he pleases, whether this may cause harm or not, and the reasoning applies to both developers as well as for users.

No, I am not. I am pointing to the fact that the more financial support a dev has, the easier it is to dedicate more energy and time to updates. Otherwise he can only keep working on them in his spare time.

Correct. This game is offered and advertised as 100% free. I don't owe anyone a time frame. I've said that I clearly suck at estimating and that I will no longer be providing "target" dates. The update will be ready "when it's done."

Yes, it seems logical to me, except that you can play 15,000 games because, the projects worth playing can be counted on one hand, at least for me, if you then consider that, of those that are worth playing, they hardly update with reasonable timescales (one or two months maximum) it ends up that you follow only one or two at the most.
I mean that whoever finds a project to their liking is also normal to complain, more than anything else an attempt to change the tendencies of many good developers even if, as you said, it is difficult to conclude something which, evidently, if it changed, would be a benefit more to the developer than to the player.

I'm the primary game dev. What tendencies do you think I have and how would you change them? I admit I have some bad tendencies, but I'm genuinely asking.

And for the aforementioned reasons, it happens more and more often to abandon the thread and wait for the project to be completed to play it and in this way I save wasting time in the event of abandonment of the dev and perhaps, if many people adopted this method, something would change.

It sounds like you're saying that people should boycott the thread and perhaps the game in order to get "something to change." Ostensibly more frequent updates or faster development.

I'm a free speech guy, so if you want to boycott this game, go right ahead. Boycotts are a form of speech and I don't have a problem with people complaining about the game. In my mind, the ideas will (hopefully and ultimately) win at the end of the day. Some complaints are deserved and others are not and I will respond to both the fair and unfair complaints when I can.

A piece of advice, if it is useful to you, continue your project with commitment according to your tendencies, it is the only way to achieve your goals if you have set goals and if you're not part of the time-wastering devs wandering around the forum.

Since this game doesn't require any form of payment whatsoever, it's only natural to keep the frustration of not being able to fulfill your porn fix to yourself. Whoever's donating through subscribestar is doing that out of their own free will and there's no obligation to pump out content to cater to their desires.

There is an endless amount of porn at our fingertips. If you've gotten to the point where you desperately rely on a specific handful of developers to get your dick hard, that's completely on you. No need to bring upon unneccesary negativity towards a single developer who's willing to share his creative work FOR FREE whilst making sure that what he releases is of good quality.

Being that attached to a porn game to the point where you feel it's justified to pester a developer with bullshit like that is a mental issue. It's very unclear from your previous posts if you're the one complaining or defending people complaining. Lord knows you're doing both. Since this game doesn't require any form of payment whatsoever, it's only natural to keep the frustration of not being able to fulfill your porn fix to yourself. Whoever's donating through subscribestar is doing that out of their own free will and there's no obligation to pump out content to cater to their desires.

100% true, I'm not saying that critisism shouldn't be a thing. Complaining to complain is what bothers me. If somebody were to build up their opinion through decent arguments, that's a great thing that a developer genuinely benefits from. The occasional AAAA SON DIDNT CUM IN MOM YET FUCKU DEV BAD REVIEW for these type of games are very undeserved.
