This game definately deserve supports! Hope to see full version one day 
ik the update is supposed to come before christmas tentatively but is there some news on the date it'll be coming?

There was a devlog posted on Subscribestar yesterday, nobody has shared this (yet).
I agree that it SHOULD be part of a progression if realism is what is being pursued because for many women, going down on her is kind of a cheat code to ensure she will have at least one orgasm (assuming it's done well), or so I've heard

Are there no games that have included a scene like this?I think the fact that Meredith is MC's Mom does add a special significance to this kind of scene, given the context and I think it's an important step for both of them. You all are going to have to "eat your vegetables" if you want progress with Meredith.
For the record, I don't see a reason to have a cunnilingus scene for any of the other characters aside from Meredith.
There is kind of a blunt truth to this. Many guys DO like going down on their actual, real-life partner, but doing so for a fictional cartoon character, even for one they may have grown attached to like Meredith could be like... doing the dishes. I will try to make it interesting and/or fulfilling and maybe even make a mini game or puzzle out of it. At the end of it, MC will unlock Kissing III, which should be exciting, right?
BTW, Most women don't enjoy giving blowjobs outside of the first time or two when it's new, exciting, and/or naughty.

I do however believe If you want your dick sucked and she Is willing then you need to be willing to go down on her If she asks for It, fair is fair.

I think the Meredith kissing scene is a good comparable (from a writing/context standpoint--technically the scene is shit imo). I've heard from a few people who say the Kissing scene is one of their favorite scenes in the game and everyone has their clothes on in that scene. I think a cunnilingus scene with Meredith will hinge on the dialogue/context leading up to the scene. If it's just an animation with no preamble, dirty talk, or context then it's not worth doing.

She's got her own storyline with a couple scenes. You can check the spankbank, which is the in-game gallery, to see how many scenes there are for what character.
I assume by 'sequel,' you mean when will the update be out. The answer to that is "Soon." Unfortunately, I am in the middle of a move that was unexpected just a month ago so the update is still sitting at about 95% complete with mostly testing and bug fixes remaining. The update was supposed to have been out over a month ago until real life threw a hand grenade into the mix.Its not even done

If you truly meant sequel, I have a vision for the base game where we "finish" each* of the nine characters we have--finished meaning they have at least one vaginal sex scene. I'm calling that version of the game "Season One." Season Two will be essentially an expansion pack where the most important characters will get additional scenes, threesome options can be explored, pregnancy, etc.

Aunt Irene is a minor character. She's a tier below Meredith and Brooke, and therefore her erotic story line is a bit on the short side. She has a BJ scene and a cowgirl scene. I consider her story "finished" for Season One on account of she's one of two characters in the game that we have a vaginal sex scene with that is reachable through normal gameplay. That said, she is either the third or fourth most popular character and will be getting more goodies as time goes on, including additional gallery scenes.

We were going to enter the new year with a Meredith update. But there is no update yet, the next one will be for other characters.
Unlikely. I would never do an official translation for this game into another language for the same reason I wouldn't do voice acting. I just am prone to changing dialogue too much and I wouldn't want to have to "chase" changing dialogue.
That said, I understand some dedicated folks are doing solid unofficial translation work and of course auto translation technology seems to only be getting better and better.
The update that is coming shortly is based on other characters. After that I'm ONLY working on Meredith content for the foreseeable future. Cheers!
