Where do you talk to Brooke to continue this? I tried her in her room and when she is at Jasmine's but there seems to be no dialogue for it. (already completed Jasmine's new solo content.)

If you click on her bed - and try "hand" -MC + Jasmine will be speak with each other..

And you CANT turn on her computer, because she's out of the room and apparently, it's not cool. Therefore = stuck!
I cannot falsify your premise (or ANY premise), but let me provide a simpler, more mundane explanation. Negativity is always most prominent in the week or two after an update. Nobody ever leaves a Yelp review for a restaurant saying, "The meal was fine! We plan on going back soon." If you go back to the release of v0.4.2, the usual haters were there doing their hater thing.
There's a difference between the people saying, "Playing this update gave me Stage 4 Brain cancer and diarrhea and now the rest of my life is ruined and now I'm filing a class action lawsuit!" vs. the people who are legitimately stuck on game mechanics and are just frustrated trying to unlock everything. The latter is valuable & constructive feedback that is actionable and will help me make the game better.
Anyways, the feedback from this update has given me a lot to think about and improve upon. I now have three characters with complicated schedules and predicting where they are when you need to find them to trigger a certain event is a new and emerging (and festering) problem. I've been thinking about ways to address this problem for the next update. One of the things I did this morning was upgrade the Spy on Meredith By Cracking the Door scene so that it will not only fix that crash bug that was found earlier, but if she's not visible on screen, MC will say a line or two about where he thinks she might be and how he might catch her in her bedroom in the Afternoon. This sounds like a little thing, but it might help our friend who was trying to unlock the vibrator scene earlier.

How are you in Jasmine's bedroom when she's not there and you need to turn on her computer, Hmmm?
So, I can't seem to get Jasmine's phone number to appear on the phone. Seems it was an old bug but I imagine it was fixed by now. Any way to fix this?

She let me in and after conversation she has disappeared. I'm not making this up
However, if make a comment about the bed or her disks, she is answering from nowhere, but i can't turn her computer on because she s not in the room.

You are missing the Secret Scene. Go to the Kitchen in the evening and use the Scotch bottle until it triggers.
I have a bug to report. I go to Jasmine's house at midnight on Sunday. I have the chat with her then exit - and she's no longer in the room. Anyway, I sit down at the computer and get her responses to some parts, but if I try to turn the computer on, or open it, I get told better not do that when she's not there. Save attached.
Also, if I reload the save, which I did just after climbing in the window, she isn't there either. Even though she's shown in the thumbnail.
Just tried it without the zoomed in conversation, same result.

The description is very misleading. You'd think you have to talk to her, but in reality you are meant to provoke a reaction by initiating sex with jasmine whilst she is in the room.
If you post a save game, I will look at it and if there's a problem I will "rescue" your save game, so you can complete the update and of course I will have a better understanding of the bug so I can fix it. There are some related issues that have been found and I'm probably going to issue a patch soon with some more bug fixes and a low-risk task or two I was working onShe let me in and after conversation she has disappeared. The computer needs to be turned off when you're working inside it and you have to discharge any static electricity built up before you can work on Jasmine's computer (there are two different ways to discharge the electricity).
Fair enough. I will see about improving this hint.
I have fixed a bug with both Jasmine's and Brooke's schedules not correctly showing/hiding them in Jasmine's room & not matching what the Debug Tools say they are doing. I will be putting out a patch to fix that issue as well as a few other issues that were found soon. If this issue is preventing you from finishing the update, let me know and I will try and "repair" your save game.
What a horrible dev you are. Ignoring your fan base even ones on a pirate message board. never patching problems or adding new content. I can see why that one guy complains all the time
