Stated in the changelog of this update is that Meredith's schedule now changes after the BJ scene so she's working a normal 9-to-5 shift. The Walkthrough hasn't been updated yet to reflect this change. Meredith now can be found showering at Night, not Midday as is currently stated in the walkthrough from the previous update.

This update introduced the concept that MC has to earn access to Meredith's pussy. In previous updates, you could just join her in the shower but now you have to complete the Strip Poker and Cunnilingus scenes before she'll entertain the idea of you joining her in the shower where her pussy is exposed.
As far as the Charlotte coat thing, post a screenshot of her journal page/hints. I suspect there's something you haven't done.

I can play through the scene in the diner but nothing changes on the card after i eat... is this the end of the road?
I added that option to the fortune teller for that specific reason. I figured some people would either want to give Mc's virginity to a specific character, or simply to relive it.
I don't understand what you're stuck on.

Thanks. I probably wasn't very clear about where I'm stuck. My bad, sorry. I can find her in the shower at night, but I don't know how to progress the story to where I can shower with her. She just tells me she's not wearing underwear & the conversation ends. In the past, that would send me on the path getting the swimsuit out of the trunk at base of my bed.
Same thing with issue at the diner. I can find her there in the morning and mid-day. The objectives are about winks and double entendres. I've gone every weekday, she goes from table->table->cash register->kitchen->counter, but I never hear her talk to anyone. I've ordered food from her. I'm not sure if I need to do something or what.

In this update, I've introduced a few "proximity" quests (meaning you need to be in a specific location on the screen). Without spoiling the Hostile Workplace? quest, in the restroom, the zipper behaves differently depending on whether you're in that far stall or not And is the difference in unlocking an achievement.
As far as the shower quest, Meredith now requires a higher progression level before she'll let you join her in the shower. You need to have the "Third Base" Perk.
I need to update the walkthrough to explain these changes, but right now I'm trying to get all these bugs fixed and get 0.6.0.1 PATCH out as soon as I can.
