As others have said this is a piracy site so getting your game on here is pretty easy as long as it follows site rules.
Just make sure that the contents on your game is legal in your country though. It is also a good idea to ask professionals about the law. No offence to the members here but getting answers from a lawyer is better than an amateur, there are a few places offering free advice and to get you started I'll post a link below. For the rest, just duckduckgo search "free legal indian law advice"
